Idei pentru un pachetel sanatos, gustos si ieftin"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4618\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/pachetel.jpg\" alt=\"pachetel job\" width=\"967\" height=\"725\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In ziua de azi din ce in ce mai multi dintre angajatii din Romania, mai ales corporatisti, se plang fie de acumularea kilogramele in plus, fie de diverse probleme gastrice&#8230;daca nu chiar de amandoua. De ce se intampla asta si cum putem sa preintampinam aparitia unor dezechilibre alimentare cu urmari grave, vom discuta in cele ce urmeaza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pentru foarte multi angajati jobul inseamna o activitate sedentara: isi petrec ziua de lucru, de dimineata si pana seara (uneori foarte tarziu) asezati in fata unui birou si a unui computer. Pauza de masa se desfasoara si ea de multe ori intre tastatura si mouse, presati de termene limita si emailuri urgente, iar cand se pune intrebarea <em>oare eu ce mananc azi<\/em>, solutia aleasa va fi in multe situatii aceea aflata la indemana: ceva de rontait de la un automat de snackuri din zona, o patiserie sau fast food de peste drum, o comanda la o pizzerie sau la un restaurant.\u00a0 In cel mai fericit caz ai servicii de servire a mesei chiar in cladirea in care iti desfasori jobul sau foarte aproape si atunci, contra unei sume variabile, beneficiezi macar de privilegiul de a te concentra in pauza de masa pe ceea ce bagi in gura si nu pe ce vezi pe monitor. Alimentatia este tratata cu superficialitate, pentru ca urmarile nu se vad chiar imediat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apropo, tu ce mananci la job? Iti propunem un exercitiu: gandeste-te in urma si aduna in minte de cate ori in ultima luna ai ales pentru masa de pranz de la birou o punga de sticksuri, de covrigei sau un meniu fast-food. Nu trebuie sa ne spui raspunsul, insa ia in considerare faptul ca, daca acesta va da la iveala un consum mai mult decat ocazional, fiecare dintre aceste dati reprezinta o amenintare la adresa sanatatii tale.<\/p>\n<p>In materie de alimentatie, idealul este dat de 3 coordonate: sanatos, gustos si ieftin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sa mananci la un restaurant din zona in care lucrezi, in pauza de masa, poate fi o idee buna din multe puncte de vedere (comoditate, variatate,\u00a0 gust, continut nutritional), dar nu neaparat si ieftina, lucru de altfel firesc: facilitatea de a nu face nici cel mai mic efort in privinta pregatirii mesei de pranz se plateste. Restaurantele care se respecta si au mare grija la selectia ingredientelor vor reflecta acest lucru in pret.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-4623 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/pachetel-serviciu.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"960\" height=\"661\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/pachetel-serviciu.jpg 960w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/pachetel-serviciu-324x223.jpg 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/pachetel-serviciu-768x529.jpg 768w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/pachetel-serviciu-706x486.jpg 706w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/pachetel-serviciu-100x70.jpg 100w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/pachetel-serviciu-218x150.jpg 218w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/>Sa rabzi de foame la job, din nou nu reprezinta o solutie. In afara de faptul ca nu vei avea energie si te vei concentra cu greu, spre seara, cand vei ajunge acasa, ai sa te repezi cu inversunare la masa si vei consuma mai mult decat ai avea, efectiv, nevoie. Supralimentarea, mai ales la ore tarzii, va duce la o digestie defectoasa, la alterarea calitatii somnului si, in final, la acumularea de kilograme, oboseala si stres. Iar pe acest fond tentatia sa mananci in exces va deveni si mai mare. E ca un cerc vicios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si atunci, ce e de facut? Solutia care intruneste toate calitatile enumerate mai devreme este cea a pachetelului pregatit de acasa.\u00a0Recomandarile care privesc gustarea\/masa de pranz pentru job nu difera foarte mult de cele pe care le faceam cu doua saptamani in urma in articolul dedicat <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/pachetelul-pentru-scoala-sfaturi-si-idei-pentru-mamici\/\"><strong>pachetelului pentru scoala<\/strong><\/a>, ba chiar este putin mai simplu, pentru ca la birou poti avea un spatiu cu aparatura care sa permita incalzirea\/pastrarea alimentelor reci, dupa caz. In cazul pachetelului pregatit de acasa ai posibilitatea de a alege fiecare dintre ingredientele folosite, variezi felurile de mancare dupa pofta inimii si nu platesti in plus pentru munca de preparare, dar depinzi de un factor in plus: timpul in care iti prepari aceasta masa.<\/p>\n<h3>Ce inseamna o masa sanatoasa la birou?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ingrediente de calitate, proaspete, variate, sanatoase si potrivite atat cu anotimpul cat si cu tipul de efort pe care il intreprinzi.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">O perioada de timp in care sa te concentrezi pe hrana: sa o savurezi, sa o mesteci, sa o tratezi cu atentia cuvenita unui moment de care depinde, in mare masura, sanatatea ta.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">O ritmicitate care sa tina cont de tipul de alimente consumate, timpul de digestie si sa aiba ca efect energizarea organismului.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Indiferent ca are loc acasa sau la birou, masa de pranz este un moment care trebuie tratat cu seriozitate pentru ca de ea depind performantele tale fizice si intelectuale din ce-a de-a doua parte a zilei si sanatatea ta la modul general.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Iti prezentam mai jos cateva idei de gustari\/meniuri potrivite pentru job care nu se prepara dificil, incap intr-o casoleta clasica, sunt gustoase si, mai ales, sanatoase.
