Daca doresti sa il savurezi pe post de gustare, serveste-te cu doua rosii umplute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Exista mai multe retete pentru cuscus decat ai crede. Practic, in orice context ai folosi orezul, este potrivit si cuscusul,\u00a0 la care se adauga retelele cu preparate din grau.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nu confunda cuscusul cu bulgurul. Desi cele doua sunt asemanatoare din punct de vedere al compozitiei si preparare, totusi exista mici diferente. In timp ce cuscusul este obtinut din grau dur si il gasim comercializat in boabe marunte, bulgurul reprezinta boabele macinate mai mare si cu un gust ceva mai pregnant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"goog-text-highlight\">De cele mai multe ori cuscusul pe care il gasesti de cumparat in magazine este prefiert, iar din acest motiv timpul de gatire scade foarte mult.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recomandam sa tii cuscusul la inmuiat intr-un vas acoperit, pentru ca acesta sa se pastreze cat mai pufos si suculent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cuscusul este de fapt grau, mai exact este un produs obtinut\u00a0din gris, adica grau dur, cel cu cu boaba mai lunga, galbuie, prelucrat cu ajutorul apei, transformat in granule sferice si apoi uscat?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La origine, cuscusul se prepara intr-un fel de vas special, numit <em>tajine<\/em>? Tajine reprezinta un tip de vas emailat, compus dintr-o baza adanca si un capac conic si inalt, care are rolul de a pastra aburul in interior si a lasa mancarurile suculente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gustul cuscusului, apropiat de orez, face ca acest aliment sa fie pretabil la o multitudine de retete culinare, atat dulci, cat si sarate?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cucusul poate fi introdus in alimentatia copiilor si bebelusilor de la varsta de 10 luni, amestecandu-l cu lapte sau legume?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desi are aceleasi proprietati nutritionale ca si graul, cuscusul\u00a0este \u00a0considerat de catre specialistii in nutritie un aliment mai dietetic? Acest lucru se intampla pentru ca boabele absorb o cantitate mai mare de apa, crescand in volum, iar mancarea preparata devine mai satioasa.
