Dar stii cate calorii are un covrig? Stii ca deliciosii covrigi ingrasa si sunt mini-\u201ebombe\u201d pentru sanatate? Descopera de ce amestecul de faina, drojdie, apa si sare nu este decat o pacaleala plina de calorii goale din punct de vedere nutritional si alege, in loc de un covrig cald, cumparat rapid de la simigeria din colt ori de la metrou, o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/10-gustari-sanatoase-sub-200-de-calorii\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>gustare sanatoasa, care contine sub 200 de calorii<\/strong><\/a>. Fa-ti mai bine de acasa un sandvis cu <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/painici-integrale-cu-seminte-pentru-sandwichuri\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">paine integrala<\/a><\/strong>, pe care il poti umple de ingrediente benefice organismului tau, de exemplu!<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Covrigi pentru toate gusturile<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dimineata esti mereu pe fuga, nu ai timp de mic dejun si nu ti-ai pregatit nimic nici pentru pranzul de la birou? Nimic mai simplu: te opresti la o simigerie, iei 1-2 covrigi aburinzi, acum iesiti de pe banda, si gata, ai rezolvat problema! De ce ne plac atat de mult covrigii? Pentru ca gasesti peste tot un covrig cald la 1 leu (in Capitala exista sute de covrigarii si simigerii cu nume de apostoli si impanzesc marile orase din tara deasemenea), covrigii sunt o alegere la indemana si in timpul postului, si cand ai rontai ceva dulce sau sarat, si cand nu ai timp de mic dejun sau pranz. In plus, un covrig cald te poate trimite atat de usor in copilarie: pentru cati dintre noi nu era un rasfat o iesire alaturi de parinti, la o simigerie din micul oras unde locuiam, unde minunatiile cu mac erau servite fierbinti, alaturi de un pahar inalt, plin de chefir rece?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Varietatea covrigilor ii transforma intr-o gustare pentru oricine: ii consumam in variantele clasice (covrigi cu sare, covrigi cu susan, covrigi cu mac, covrigi cu seminte), dar si cu masline, branza, stafide sau ceapa. Exista si covrigi umpluti cu ciocolata, vanilie, visine, mere. Si acelasi aluat de covrigi este folosit pentru a inveli crenvursti sau carnaciori. Omnipezentii covrigi sunt consumati si in varianta uscata si crocanta, la punga, iar celebrii covrigi de Buzau sunt marca atestata la nivel national, in Romania.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-10912 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/covrigi-cu-mac-si-susan-608x486.jpg\" alt=\"covrigi cu mac si susan\" width=\"608\" height=\"486\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/covrigi-cu-mac-si-susan-608x486.jpg 608w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/covrigi-cu-mac-si-susan-324x259.jpg 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/covrigi-cu-mac-si-susan-768x614.jpg 768w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/covrigi-cu-mac-si-susan.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 608px) 100vw, 608px\" \/>Cate calorii are un covrig<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Care este relatia covrig \u2013 calorii? Problema covrigilor este ca au densitate energetica mare, dar o densitate nutritionala mica. In medie, un covrig are 50-80 g, iar 100 g echivaleaza cu un aport de 250-280 kcal. Covrigii preparati in simigeriile noastre (din faina, drojdie, apa si sare) sunt mai tot timpul fierti in apa cu zahar, iar unii dintre covrigi sunt produsi din aluat congelat (aspect care trebuie, prin lege, mentionat in vitrina simigeriei). Evident, daca optezi pentru variante de covrigi cu adaosuri (branza, mere, ciocolata), covrigul ales de tine va avea mai multe calorii, zahar si grasimi saturate. Si mai multe calorii au covrigii uscati si ambalati: pot ajunge la 400-480 kcal\/100 g, pentru ca au in compozitie si grasimi!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Problema nu sunt neaparat caloriile, ci faptul ca aceste calorii nu vin la pachet cu prea multe beneficii nutritionale. Covrigii simpli sunt o pacaleala de peste 200 de calorii si nu se pot lauda cu un continut excelent de fibre, nici de proteine, nici de vitamine, nici de minerale, nici de grasimi sanatoase \u2013 acestea fiind mai mult calorii goale. Sunt de preferat merdenelelor uleioase sau unei gogosi pline de crema si tavalite prin zahar pudra, dar asta nu inseamna ca sunt sanatate pe paine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apropo de paine&#8230; practic, un covrig este echivalentul a 2-3 felii de paine alba. Faina alba este ieftina si lipsita de valorile nutritive, care se pierd prin rafinarea ce indeparteaza miezul (germenele, care contine proteine, minerale, Vitaminele E si B-urile, grasimi nesaturate) si tarata (exteriorul bogat in fibre si acizi esentiali grasi), lansand doar endospermul (bogat in carbohidrati si amidon). Prin urmare, covrigii elibereaza lent glucide in organism si tin de foame, dar fara a ne aduce beneficii.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-10914 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/produse-de-panificatie-din-faina-alba-729x486.jpg\" alt=\"produse de panificatie din faina alba\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/produse-de-panificatie-din-faina-alba-729x486.jpg 729w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/produse-de-panificatie-din-faina-alba-324x216.jpg 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/produse-de-panificatie-din-faina-alba-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/produse-de-panificatie-din-faina-alba.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Faina alba rafinata ne afecteaza sanatatea, consumata in exces si pe termen lung: poate promova ingrasarea si obezitatea, poate afecta digestia (irita stomacul si colonul) si poate creste nivelul colesterolului, poate creste riscul de boli cardiovasculare, poate creste nivelul insulinei (din cauza continutului glicemic ridicat, care nu ajuta deloc in cazul diabetului) si al inflamatiei din corp.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Faina alba vs. faina integrala, in Romania<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O persoana cu o greutate normala si care face miscare moderat ar trebui sa consume maxim 6 portii cerealiere pe zi, o portie putand fi reprezentata de: o felie de paine sau o lipie (20-40 g), 30 g cereale integrale\/musli, jumatate de cana de paste\/orez\/quinoa\/mamaliga. Daca mananci in fiecare dimineata 2 covrigi, la pranz inca 2 si un strudel cu mere, iar seara inchei ziua cu o farfurie plina de pilaf, ai depasit doza zilnica recomandata. In plus, painea este de ani buni nelipsita din alimentatia romanilor si o consumam in exces. Daca iti place painea alba, pufoasa, nu faci deloc sport si ai deja cateva kilograme in plus, intelegi rapid care este problema legata de covrigi&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un studiu al Institutului National de Statistica\u00a0(din aprilie-iunie 2018) a descoperit ca in Romania se produc anual 1,5 milioane de tone de paine, iar romanii consuma lunar, in medie, 7,9 kg de paine si produse conexe de panificatie\/cap de locuitor. In noiembrie 2018, un studiu de piata realizat de Patronatul Roman din Industria de Morarit, Panificatie si Produse Fainoase (ROMPAN) a descoperit ca mancam anual 82,2 kg de paine\/cap de locuitor. Din cele doua studii reiese o medie de 225-260 g paine\/zi, adica dublul cantitatii de 6 portii cerealiere\/zi, despre care spuneam mai sus. Cantitatea este in continuare mai mare decat media europeana, de 78 kg\/cap de locuitor\/an.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-10916 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/paine-integrala-604x486.jpg\" alt=\"paine integrala\" width=\"604\" height=\"486\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/paine-integrala-604x486.jpg 604w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/paine-integrala-324x261.jpg 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/paine-integrala-768x618.jpg 768w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/paine-integrala.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 604px) 100vw, 604px\" \/>Dar partea pozitiva este ca aceasta cifra a scazut cu 10 kg in ultimii 10 ani, iar cercetarea ROMPAN a scos la iveala faptul ca romanii sunt mai interesati de calitate, alegand tot mai des painea din faina integrala si realizata traditional.
