In acelasi timp vei observa ca el se mai intareste putin, ceea ce iti va permite modelarea fursecurilor cu usurinta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dupa cele 30 de minute scoti aluatul din frigider si, cu o lingura, vei modela fursecurile si apoi le asezi pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se dau la cuptorul preincalzit la temperatura medie, timp de circa 15 minute, pana cand se rumenesc usor.<iframe style=\"width: 100%; border: none; height: 85px;\" title=\"Abonare newsletter\" src=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/content\/abonare-newsletter-39?content_only=1\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> Observatii:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Daca vrei sa pregatesti pentru copiii tai un desert nu doar gustos, ci si atragator, incearca sa modelezi fursecurile in forme speciale, care sa ii amuze: stelute, inimoare, floricele.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aceasta reteta de fursecuri nu este unica modalitate prin care poti introduce merisoarele si fructele de goji in alimentatia ta: amesteca-le si cu ce<span lang=\"fr\" xml:lang=\"fr\">reale, la micul dejun, savureaza-le pe post de gustare sau inglobate in prajiturile de casa preferate de familia ta, de la checuri si pana la biscuiti sau briose. Chiar pe blogul Sano Vita vei gasi o delicioasa reteta de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/briose-cu-merisor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">briose cu merisoare<\/a><\/span>, extrem de apreciata de cititorii nostri.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i> Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"fr\" xml:lang=\"fr\">Merisoarele, numite si <em>afinele rosii<\/em> sau <em>insulina verde<\/em>, sunt fructele unui arbust, originar din America de Sud?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"fr\" xml:lang=\"fr\"> La vechii indieni americani, merisoarele erau considerate fructe sacru, care simbolizau pacea si prietenia?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fructele goji contin vitamina A si C in concentratie ridicata, toate vitaminele din complexul B, minerale (calciu, potasiu, fier, zinc, seleniu, fosfor, mangan, cupru, crom) si 18 aminoacizi?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fructele goji au un puternic efect\u00a0antiinflamator si ajuta la cicatrizarea tesuturilor lezate?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Goji a inceput, in ultimii ani, sa fie cultivat si in Romania, datorita abilitatii acestei plante de a se adpata la conditii termice variate, nu doar la cele din tara de origine, China?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pentru ca ofera energie organismului, fructele goji sunt extrem de bune mai ales pentru micul dejun?
