Ele vor fi rotunde sau mai plate, dupa cum iti place, dar de marime potrivita sau mica, nu mari.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Coci chiftelele la cuptor aproximativ 30 de minute la foc potrivit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Se mananca in mod obisnuit calde, dar sunt foarte bune si reci.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta Chiftele la cuptor de post din legume<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Nu pune la cuptor in tava chiftelutele asezate prea aproape una de alta, intrucat ar putea sa lase lichid, sa se mai intinda si sa se lipeasca intre ele. Din acelasi motiv de intindere este de preferat sa le faci plate, nu rotunde.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Chiftelutele de post la cuptor nu sunt grase ca acelea prajite in ulei si contin mult mai putine calorii. Dat fiind ca nu au carnea printre ingrediente, pot fi consumate si de persoanele care incearca sa elimine kilogramele in plus, dar cu moderatie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Legumele folosite vor fi proaspete, nu incerca sa faci aceste chiftelute din legume congelate, intrucat acelea vor lasa foarte mult apa si chiftelutele isi vor pierde la cuptor forma.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Aceasta reteta este indicata mai ales primavara, cand apar legumele proaspete, iar corpul tau, care in absenta soarelui, a sintetizat mai greu unele vitamine, acum are cea mai mare nevoie de ele.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Datorita faptului ca nu vor lasa grasime si merg de minune impreuna cu salatele verzi, aceasta reteta de chiftele\u00a0 din legume de post la cuptor va fi minunata pentru pachetelul de serviciu sau de pus copilului la scoala.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Lecitina este un tip de grasime esentiala pentru sanatatea celulelor noastre?
