Consistenta acestui preparat in forma lui necoapta trebuie sa fie asemanator celui care se pregateste pentru chiftelele de carne: suficient de moale cat sa se lase modelat cu usurinta, dar suficient de tare incat sa il poti modela, nu sa se lase si sa se intinda ca o crema.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incepi sa inglobezi condimentele pe rand, incepand cu sarea, apoi piperul, amestecul ardelenesc si cimbrul. Se amesteca bine, de fiecare data cand adaugi cate un condiment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se formeaza chiftelutele.
