In acest moment pasta va deveni ceva mai consistenta si se va putea modela.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Se modeleaza cu mana chiftelutele in marimea dorita si se coc la foc mediu, circa 25-30 de minute, intr-o tava unsa cu putin ulei de masline sau tapetata cu hartie de copt.&nbsp;\n<p><iframe style=\"width: 100%; border: none; height: 85px;\" title=\"Abonare newsletter\" src=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/content\/abonare-newsletter-39?content_only=1\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> Observatii:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Datorita faptului ca nu se prajesc in ulei, aceste chiftelute la cuptor din seminte de floarea soarelui nu contin grasimi nesanatoase si pot fi consumate (in cantitati moderate, fireste) si de catre persoanele care doresc sa scape de kilogramele in plus.<\/li>\n<li>Sunt delicioase si sanatoase, putandu-se servi impreuna cu un piure, legume aburite sau cu tocanita de fasole.<\/li>\n<li>Fulgii de drojdie inactiva se folosesc drept agent de legare in diferite preparate, de la chiftelute la perisoare sau drob, insa, daca nu veti mixa marunt ingredientele in blender, compozitia ta este posibil sa nu se lege la fel de bine, in ciuda drojdiei inactive.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Daca aceasta reteta de chiftelute ti-a placut, trebuie neaparat sa citesti si sinteza noastra cu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/chiftelute-la-cuptor-din-legume-varianta-sanatoasa-reteta-chiftele\/\"><strong>cele mai sanatoase retete de chiftelute la cuptor<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i> Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Ovazul este unul dintre alimentele care nu lipseste niciodata de la micul dejun al reginei Marii Britanii, Elisabeta a II-a? Avand in vedere ca regina a ajuns la o venerabila varsta si pare inca in forma, se pare ca dau rezultate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Drojdia inactiva este o importanta sursa de proteine complexe, cuprinzand 18 aminoacizi esentiali si nu mai putin de 15 minerale? Ea nu are puterea de a face preparatele sa creasca, asadar nu se foloseste in patiserie in acest scop, ci pentru a lega ingredientele sau se presara in salate, unde aduce un gust usor de branza.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Orezul brun are calitati nutritive net superioare orezului alb, de aceea este preferat de toti specialistii in alimentatie?
