De fapt, specialistii in nutritie afirma ca proteinele vegetale sunt mult superioare celor de origine animala, intrucat hranesc, ofera energie, dar nu contin colesterol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Ideal ar fi sa pregatesti aceasta supa folosind suc de rosii proaspat stors sau pregatit \u00a0de tine, fiert si pastrat in sticle acasa, pentru a evita conservantii care insotesc de multe ori produsele de acest gen disponibile in magazine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i> Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Mazarea verde este un aliment extrem de bun pentru organismul tau, de aceea este recomandat sa o consumi mai ales in sezonul calduros, cand o gasesti in stare proaspata? \u00a0Ea reprezinta, printre altele, o importanta sursa de vitamina K, cu ajutorul careia iti pastrezi oasele sanatoase si sa scazi considerabil riscul de osteoporoza, intrucat ajuta la fixarea calciului in organism.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Rosiile neutralizeaza radicalii liberi din corp si impiedica formarea celuleor canceroase? In plus, ele te sprijina in scaderea colesterolului, imbunatatesc sistemul cardiovascular si curata organismul de toxine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Din punct de vedere botanic, rosiile sunt, de fapt, fructe? Totusi, in general, in gastronomie ele sunt tratate ca niste legume si folosite ca atare in supe, sosuri ori salate, nu si la deserturi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Tofu sau branza de soia se obtine din laptele de soia si nu difera foarte mult ca mod de preparare de branza traditionala?
