Afla care sunt diferentele intre sortimentele de pe piata!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4420\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/zahar-brut.jpg\" alt=\"zahar brut\" width=\"960\" height=\"640\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Stiai ca, in numai 24 de ore, \u00a0o fabrica de zahar de marime medie poate sa produca pana la 2.000 de tone de zahar?\u00a0Acest simplu exemplu iti arata nu doar cat de performanta a ajuns industria de prelucrare, ci si cat de mare este cererea de zahar de pe piata. Dintre sortimentele existente insa, pe care il alegi?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Influenta pe care consumul de zahar o are asupra sanatatii a fost discutata de nenumarate ori pana acum, online si offline, ceea ce arata interesul puternic al publicului pentru acest subiect. Motivele acestui interes sunt simple si trebuie cautate in doua directii:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pe de o parte popularitatea de care se bucura zaharul in randul consumatorilor<\/li>\n<li>pe de alta parte dorinta tuturor de a-si mentine o stare buna de sanatate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oricare dintre noi a auzit, cel putin o data in ultima vreme spunandu-se ca zaharul nu ne face bine, dar cati au auzit asta si au renuntat la el definitiv? Hai sa nu ne ascundem dupa deget: pe de o parte vrem sa traim sanatosi pana la adanci batraneti si pe de alta speram sa o facem mancand totusi lucruri care contin zahar. De ce? Pentru ca ne-am obisnuit cu ele, ne plac, sunt gustoase!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este deosebit de dificil, in cele mai multe cazuri, sa renunti de tot, definitiv, la zahar, mai ales pentru ca el te inconjoara, dar nu doar in starea sa clasica, binecunoscuta, ci se strecoara perfid in o mare parte dintre alimentele pe care le consumi in mod obisnuit: paine, sosuri, snacksuri, muraturi, bauturi. O doza de Cola (de 330 ml), de exemplu poate sa contina pana la 8 lingurite de zahar, stiai? Asta in conditiile in care chiar Organizatia Mondiala a Sanatatii insista pentru <a href=\"http:\/\/apps.who.int\/iris\/handle\/10665\/208310\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>limitarea consumului de zahar<\/strong><\/a> pana la 6 lingurite pe zi (inclusiv cel continut de alimentele consumate).<\/p>\n<h2>Cum procedam, asadar, pentru un consum responsabil de zahar?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Studiem mereu etichetele alimentelor cumparate, pentru a vedea exact ingredientele si a le putea evita, pe cat posibil, pe cele cu zahar adaugat.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Inlocuim zaharul alb, rafinat, cu zaharul brut, in situatiile in care nu putem renunta la zahar.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Preparam in casa prajituri folosind alte tipuri de indulcitori naturali (miere, suc de mere, sirop de curmale).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Renuntam la sucurile imbuteliate si le inlocuim cu limonada, apa plata, ceaiuri, sucuri proaspat stoarse din fructe sau apa enzimatica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Exista pe piata mai multe tipuri de zahar, dintre care, cele mai importante sunt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>zaharul <strong>alb<\/strong>, rafinat (din trestie de zahar sau sfecla de zahar)<\/li>\n<li>zaharul <strong>brut<\/strong> din trestie (de tip demerara\/turbinado\/muscovado)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4419\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/zahar-brut-diferenta.jpg\" alt=\"zahar brut diferenta\" width=\"960\" height=\"642\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0Prin ce se diferentiaza zaharul brut din trestie?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Spre deosebire de zaharul alb, zaharul brut de trestie, asa cum o arata si numele, nu este complet procesat. Prin procesarea completa, zaharul rafinat isi pierde total continutul de minerale, prezente in mod normal in trestie. Zaharul brut, obtinut printr-o prima cristalizare a sucului din trestia de zahar, are in componenta melasa (care ii confera si culoarea inchisa si aroma specifica) si, datorita ei, inca mai contine o doza de minerale: fier, calciu, potasiu si magneziu. Sigur ca doza respectiva nu este mare (vorbim despre 1<strong>&#8211;<\/strong>3%), in asa fel incat nu vom putea afirma ca vom consuma zahar pentru nutrientii sai, dar macar ea nu lipseste cu desavarsire.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gustul zaharului brut este mai bun decat al zaharului alb, are o aroma naturala de melasa, ce este asemanatoare cu cea a caramelului.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zaharul alb rafinat nu aduce organismului tau decat zaharuri, deci calorii goale, in timp ce zaharul brut aduce, pe langa zaharuri si o parte de nutrienti.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desi in urma contactului cu lichidul sfarseste a se topi, in aluaturi zaharul brut are tendinta de a ramane usor crocant, ceea ce va da prajiturilor o textura si un gust deosebit.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rafinarea zaharului include tratarea cu diferite substante care duc inclusiv la albirea produsului. Aceste substante, incluzand dioxid de sulf, acid formic sau fosforic, pot fi daunatoare pentru organism.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In concluzie, cand vorbim despre un consum de zahar responsabil, trebuie facuta o alegere, iar aceasta se indreapta in mod natural catre zaharul brut. Oricum, nutritionistii afirma (si pe buna dreptate!) ca, in materie de mentinerea unei stari bune de sanatate, dozajul este primul care face diferenta intre <em>bun<\/em> si <em>rau<\/em>, asadar solutia este la indemana oricui.
