Amesteci bine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Torni compozitia peste faina din castron si adaugi bautura de soia si uleiul de masline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Se amesteca ingredientele si apoi se framanta bine, pana se obtine o coca tare \u0219i elastica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Aluatul se acopera cu un servet si se lasa la dospit intr-un loc c\u0103ldut si ferit de curent, timp de 30 de minute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Dupa ce aluatul s-a odihnit si a crescut, se va intinde usor cu sucitorul, pana cand obtii o foaie groas\u0103 de aproximativ\u00a01 cm, cu o forma cat mai apropiata de un dreptunghi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Se intinde mierea pe foaie si peste ea vei presara scortisoara, migdalele maruntite grunjos si stafidele.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Se ruleaza aluatul, se taie in felii de 2 cm grosime si se aseaza culcate intr-o tava unsa cu ulei, pastrand distanta intre ele, intrucat isi vor mari volumul cand vor fi date la cuptor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Se lasa din nou la dospit 15-20 de minute intr-un loc caldut, apoi se coc in cuptor, la foc mediu, pana se rumenesc putin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii:<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Daca in loc de rulouri vrei sa obtii un fel de cozonac rotund din care sa tai ulterior felii, poti folosi pentru copt o tava rotunda si sa lasi mai putin loc intre rulori. La final, poti sa ungi rulourile cu putina miere pe deasupra, pentru un aspect lucios.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Daca nu se integreaza intr-un preparat tratat termic la cuptor sau pe flacara, migdalele crude trebuie lasate obligatoriu 8 ore la hidratat, pentru a-si elibera complet substantele nutritive? Dupa aceea, le poti chiar decoji. De fapt, oricum este o idee buna sa le lasi la hidratat, chiar si daca sunt tratate termic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Migdalele sunt de fapt fructe de la care consumam samburii (din punct de vedere botanic), insa le numim nuci?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Gratie compozitiei lor, bogata in vitamina E, migdalele pot fi pastrate pe o perioada extrem de indelungata, de pana la doi ani, fara a se altera sau a-si pierde calitatile nutritive, cu conditia sa le depozitezi in frigider?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Aproape 40% din totalul productiei mondiale de migdale merge, an de an, catre producatorii de ciocolata, care le integreaza in diferite moduri in preparatele comercializate pentru a aduce un plus de savoare retetelor?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Reteta de rulouri cu migdale si scortisoara este o alternativa minunata la retetele de cozonac clasic, potrivita atat pentru mesele tale festive, dar si pentru a transforma fiecare zi intr-o sarbatoare.
