Separat, se fierb legumele tocate, se scurg si apoi se amesteca cu quinoa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adaugi sare si piper dupa gust si o servesti ornata cu frunze de patrujel sau ruccola si asezonata cu smantana vegetala, amestecata eventual cu putin usturoi zdrobit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0\u00a0Observatii reteta Salata de quinoa cu legume pentru vegetarieni<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La aceasta reteta se poate folosi oricare tip de quinoa (alba, rosie sau neagra), dar cea rosie sau neagra au bobul mai crocant si sunt preferate pentru salate intrucat, dupa fierbere, el ramana intreg in mai mare masura decat cel de quinoa alba.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quinoa trebuie spalata foarte bine, pentru a inlatura stratul natural de saponina, care poate avea gust amar, ceea ce nu ne dorim in nici un caz in preparatul nostru.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pentru o combinatie gustoasa si sanatoasa, alege pentru prepararea acestei retete un amestec de legume si condimente uscate si maruntite care contine ceapa, morcov, pastarnac, patrunjel radacina, patrunjel frunze, ro\u015fii, telina, dar fara adaos de sare, glutamat si conservanti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Usturoiul in reteta este absolut optional, nu obligatoriu, totusi, majoritatea specialistilor in gastronomie considera ca este de mare efect combinatia quinoa-usturoi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ca idee de cantitate, dintr-o cana de quinoa cruda se vor obtine 3 cani de quinoa gatita, pentru ca acest aliment are o extraordinara capacitate de a absorbi lichid pana la de 3 ori volumul sau.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Daca ti-a placut aceasta reteta, trebuie neaprat sa o incerci si pe cea de\u00a0<a class=\"row-title\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-admin\/post.php?post=452&amp;action=edit\" aria-label=\"\u201cSalata de quinoa cu menta\u201d (Edit)\">salata de quinoa cu menta<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quinoa este o planta foarte asemanatoare cerealelor si se gateste asemanator orezului, atat ca mod de preparare, cat si ca prezenta in diferite combinatii?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quinoa poate fi integrata in alimentatia bebelusului tau de la varsta de 8 luni?
