In realitate ea se inrudeste mai degraba cu spanacul, lucru care este sesizabil mai ales daca preparam frunzele de quinoa (care se pot, la randul lor, consuma).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quinoa era unul dintre cele mai importante alimente ale vechilor incasi, care o numeau <em>cereala-mama<\/em>? Datorita bogatiei de proteine, capacitatii de a conferi energie si beneficiilor pe care quinoa le aduce organsimului, incasii o combinau cu grasime si o luau cu ei ca provizie atunci cand pleacau in lungi marsuri de razboi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Anul 2013 a fost declarat in mod oficial drept Anul International al Quinoa de catre Organizatia pentru Alimentatie si Agricultura a Natiunilor Unite?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Din 150 de grame de quinoa poti sa pregatesti un fel principal generos pentru doua persoane, asadar daca esti interesat de un pret estimativ pentru quinoa, afla ca el este mic, iar pentrudintr-o punga de 250 de grame, poti sa gatesti chiar si de doua ori.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quinoa poate fi integrata in alimentatia bebelusului tau de la varsta de 8 luni?
