Nu exista o reteta standard de urmat, orice smoothie este un exercitiu de imaginatie la care se aplica ceea ce bunica obisnuia sa imi spuna atunci cand o intrebam ce face de ii iese atat de buna mancarea: daca pui tot bun, nu are cum sa iasa altfel decat bun.<\/p>\n<p>In general smoothie-urile se consuma reci, mai ales in perioada calduroasa a anului. Avand in vedere ca este recomandat sa il savurezi imediat ce este gata, indicat ar fi nu sa il tii la frigider dupa preparare, ci sa folosesti ingrediente tocmai scoase din frigider.<\/p>\n<h2><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7399\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/smoothie-e1517755209819.jpg\" alt=\"smoothie\" width=\"700\" height=\"466\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/smoothie-e1517755209819.jpg 700w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/smoothie-e1517755209819-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Spre deosebire de sucurile traditionale de fructe sau legume, care se obtin prin stoarcerea materiei prime, un smoothie trebuie pregatit cu ajutorul unui blender, care paseaza fructele si legumele, folosind si pulpa, care deseori cuprinde cele mai mari cantitati de elemente nutritive. De aceea un smoothie va fi mai consistent decat un suc de fucte si nu se consuma numai pentru a te racori, ci tine cu succes loc de mic dejun, gustare sau, daca vrei sa scapi de kilogramele in plus in mod sanatos, chiar de masa de seara. Apropo, daca te afli in aceasta ultima situatie, recomandam sa elimini indulcitorii din componenta smoothie-ului tau: chiar si cele naturale, cum este mierea sau siropul de curmale, tot iti aduc calorii in plus.<\/p>\n<h2>Avantajele consumarii unui smoothie<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>este sanatos &#8211; tu alegi ingredientele in functie de preferinte, nevoi si calitati nutritive<\/li>\n<li>este satios- poate inlocui o masa<\/li>\n<li>este energizant<\/li>\n<li>este delicios<\/li>\n<li>este usor de preparat, e gata in doua minute, potrivit pentru cei cu au o viata agitata si nu au timp sa stea in bucatarie<\/li>\n<li>este trendy &#8211;
