De ce este insa atat de important micul dejun? Vom vedea imediat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ai auzit si tu, desigur, spunandu-se ca micul dejun este cea mai importanta masa a zilei. Dar te-ai intrebat si de ce se intampla asta? Ce anume ii confera acest statut? Iti prezentam in continuare cateva dintre cele mai importante motive.<\/p>\n<h2>Micul dejun, secretul energiei<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Micul dejun te ajuta sa ai energie in prima parte a zilei, momentul in care organismul este odihnit dupa somnul de noapte si ai cele mai mari sanse sa dai randament ridicat la&#8230;orice ti-ai propune.<\/p>\n<h2>Masa de dimineata stimuleaza activitatea cerebrala<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Te vei concentra mai bine, intrucat tocmai ce ai primit o doza importanta de nutrienti care stimuleaza activitatea cerebrala. In plus, a-ti incepe activitatea zilnica cu stomacul gol poate sa te duca, in cateva ore, la o stare de frustrare din cauza foamei si este foarte probabil sa apelezi la niste gustari mai consistente si nesanatoase. Produsele de patiserie din drumul tau catre job poate ca sunt bune la gust, dar contin foarte multe glucide (deci te ingrasa) si nici nu te vor satura pentru multa vreme.<\/p>\n<h2>Cheia siluetei tale<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Micul dejun este cheia siluetei tale. Daca mananci dimineata, corpul tau va avea timp sa arda caloriile oferite, asadar ele nu se vor mai transforma in depozite de grasime, cum se intampla cu caloriile consumate seara, inainte de culcare.<\/p>\n<h2>Puterea exemplului<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Micul dejun este important la orice varsta, dar mai ales in cazul copiilor in crestere reprezinta o cale sigura catre o dezvoltare armonioasa. Daca tu nu mananci dimineata, nici copiii tai nu o vor face. Incepe cu exemplul propriu pentru a-ti putea deprinde copiii cu obiceiuri bune care le vor proteja, pe termen lung, sanatatea.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3845\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/mic-dejun.jpg\" alt=\"mic dejun\" width=\"960\" height=\"640\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/mic-dejun.jpg 960w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/mic-dejun-324x216.jpg 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/mic-dejun-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/mic-dejun-729x486.jpg 729w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/>Specialistii in nutritie afirma ca micul dejun ideal contine urmatoarele elemente:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>un fruct pentru vitamine<\/li>\n<li>cereale integrale pentru fibre<\/li>\n<li>un produs din lapte vegetal pentru vitamine, calciu si proteine<\/li>\n<li>o bautura calda (ceai) pentru hidratare<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esti pe fuga mereu si nu ai timp sa iti pregatesti un mic dejun complet, care sa cuprinda toate aceste elemente?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nu-i nimic, exista si solutii rapide. Mananca doua felii de paine neagra unse cu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/unt-de-alune-pasta-de-alune-cremoasa-375g-436.html\"><strong>unt de arahide<\/strong><\/a>. Painea va oferi organismului tau necesarul de fibre, iar untul de arahide ii aduce o multime de vitamina si minerale. De exemplu, 100g de unt de arahide contin nu mai putin decat 45% din doza zilnica recomandata de vitamina E, 67%\u00a0din doza zilnica recomandata de Vitamina B3 si 39% din doza zilnica recomandata de magneziu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pune intr-o castronel o mana de\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/fulgi-de-ovaz-1-kg-210.html\">fulgi de ovaz<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>si amesteca-le cu o cana de<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/eco-bautura-din-orez-cu-migdale-1l-711.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lapte de migdale<\/a><\/strong>. Nu doar ca te vei satura, dar vei incepe si ziua cu buna dispozitie, intrucat fulgii de ovaz (si alte cereale integrale) sunt bogate in vitamina B1, acid folic si zinc,\u00a0componente nutritive importante care, printre alte beneficii, imbunatatesc\u00a0starea de spirit si lupta impotriva depresiei.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nu esti obisnuit sa mananci dimineata si iti este imposibil sa te asezi la masa sa iei micul dejun? Obiceiurile alimentare se educa si ele. Ca sa ajungi sa faci asta, nu te gandi la hrana solida de la inceput, poti sa o iei pas cu pas. Imbina nevoia organismului de hidratare cu necesarul sau de vitamine, preparand rapid un smoothie energizant dintr-o cana de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/bautura-soia-simpla-1l-721.html?utm_medium=blog&amp;utm_source=articolblog-micdejun-masa-imporrtanta\"><strong>lapte de soia<\/strong><\/a> cu o banana si 2-3 linguri de fructe de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/gojiberries-100g-119.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>goji<\/strong><\/a>. Le mixezi pentru cateva secunde in blender si poti incepe ziua in forta.
