Cancerul \u0219i bolile de inim\u0103 sunt \u0219i ele, statistic, \u00een cre\u0219tere. De\u0219i unele cazuri nu pot fi prevenite, multe ar putea fi evitate prin alegeri s\u0103n\u0103toase, iar alimenta\u021bia joac\u0103, \u0219i ea, un rol esen\u021bial.<br \/>\nBolile stilului de via\u021b\u0103 sunt multifactoriale, \u00eens\u0103 s-a constatat c\u0103, cel mai adesea, ele au factori de risc care presupun expunerea prelungit\u0103 la patru comportamente modificabile ale stilului de via\u021b\u0103 \u2013 fumatul, alimenta\u021bia nes\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103, alcoolul \u0219i inactivitatea fizic\u0103. Schimb\u00e2ndu-ne stilul de via\u021b\u0103 \u00een direc\u021bia cea bun\u0103 putem avea beneficii uimitoare \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te controlul acestor afec\u021biuni.<br \/>\nUn consum mai mare de fructe, legume, cereale integrale, gr\u0103simi nesaturate, nuci \u0219i leguminoase a fost asociat cu \u0219anse mai mari de \u00eemb\u0103tr\u00e2nire s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103, \u00een timp ce un consum mai mare de gr\u0103simi trans, sodiu, b\u0103uturi zaharoase \u0219i carne ro\u0219ie sau procesat\u0103 (sau ambele) a fost invers asociat.<br \/>\nOrganiza\u021bii interna\u021bionale care cerceteaz\u0103 boli precum diabetul, afec\u021biunile inimii, cancerul au creat o list\u0103 cu exemple din principalele grupe de alimente vegetale care ajut\u0103 \u00een lupta \u00eempotriva bolilor. Locuitorii din aceste \u201ezone\u201d \u2013 California, Costa Rica, Italia, Grecia \u0219i Japonia, tr\u0103iesc \u00een general p\u00e2n\u0103 la 90 de ani sau chiar mai mult, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 aib\u0103 dizabilit\u0103\u021bi sau afec\u021biuni severe. Buettner a descoperit care sunt factorii comuni ai stilului lor de via\u021b\u0103 \u0219i cum ace\u0219tia le \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021besc calitatea vie\u021bii.<\/p>\n<p>Aceste comunit\u0103\u021bi nu v\u0103d m\u00e2ncarea ca pe un simplu mod de a-\u0219i satisface foamea, ci ca pe un tratament. Cei mai mul\u021bi dintre membrii comunit\u0103\u021bii r\u0103m\u00e2n activi fizic p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een ultimii ani ai vie\u021bii. Ace\u0219tia evit\u0103 m\u00e2ncarea procesat\u0103, prefer\u0103 s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i creasc\u0103 propriile alimente \u0219i m\u0103n\u00e2nc\u0103 pu\u021bin\u0103 carne, \u00een principal pe\u0219te, sau chiar deloc.<\/p>\n<p>Ei v\u0103d imaginea de ansamblu, numit\u0103 <strong>\u201eikigai\u201d<\/strong> sau \u201ea avea un sim\u021b al scopului\u201d \u2013 un motiv s\u0103 te treze\u0219ti diminea\u021ba. Majoritatea particip\u0103 activ \u00een <strong>comunitate<\/strong> \u00eentr-un fel sau altul, men\u021bin\u00e2nd <strong>conexiuni <\/strong>cu ceilal\u021bi membri, iar petrecerea timpului de calitate cu cei dragi este o prioritate.<\/p>\n<p>Exist\u0103 dovezi \u0219tiin\u021bifice solide care sus\u021bin descoperirile lui Buettner. World Cancer Research Fund recomand\u0103 s\u0103 m\u00e2nc\u0103m <strong>mai multe alimente de origine vegetal\u0103<\/strong> \u0219i mai pu\u021bin\u0103 carne ro\u0219ie. American Institute of Cancer Research sus\u021bine faptul c\u0103 o diet\u0103 ce con\u021bine o varietate de alimente vegetale precum legume, fructe, nuci, cereale integrale \u0219i leguminoase ajut\u0103 la sc\u0103derea riscului de cancer. Limitarea acestor alimente nu este \u00eentotdeauna u\u0219oar\u0103, deoarece rafturile magazinelor alimentare \u0219i meniurile restaurantelor sunt pline de aceste produse extrem de gustoase.<\/p>\n<p>O posibil\u0103 abordare ar fi s\u0103 facem <strong>pa\u0219i mici<\/strong>. \u00cencerca\u021bi s\u0103 m\u00e2nca\u021bi por\u021bii mai mici de alimente ultra-procesate \u0219i reduce\u021bi consumul acolo unde este posibil. Scopul este de a g\u0103si un stil alimentar s\u0103n\u0103tos pe care \u00eel pute\u021bi respecta. Poate c\u0103 nu va fi u\u0219or, dar dac\u0103 v\u0103 g\u00e2ndi\u021bi la poten\u021bialele beneficii \u2013 prelungirea vie\u021bii \u0219i a anilor s\u0103n\u0103to\u0219i \u2013\u00a0 merit\u0103 tot efortul.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cencepe chiar de azi s\u0103 alegi alimente care \u00ee\u021bi hr\u0103nesc corpul \u0219i mintea.
