Amestec\u0103 cu amidonul \u0219i un strop de sare \u0219i piper.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pr\u0103je\u0219te tofu \u00eentr-o tigaie mare cu unt vegan, apoi pune-l \u00eenapoi \u00een castron \u0219i las\u0103-l deoparte.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cenainte de a \u00eencepe sosul: \u00eenc\u0103lze\u0219te o oal\u0103 mare \u0219i pune-o la fiert, \u00een timp ce prepari sosul.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepar\u0103 sosul: \u00centr-o crati\u021b\u0103 sau tigaie mare, se rumene\u0219te usturoiul p\u00e2n\u0103 devine auriu \u00een untul vegan \u0219i 1 lingur\u0103 din uleiul de la ro\u0219iile uscate (optional), apoi se adaug\u0103 supa vegetal\u0103, sm\u00e2nt\u00e2na vegan\u0103, f\u0103ina \u0219i fulgii de drojdie. Se amestec\u0103 aici \u0219i p\u0103trunjelul cu fulgii de chili (op\u021bionali) \u0219i se reduce focul, pentru a l\u0103sa sosul s\u0103 se g\u0103teasc\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 se \u00eengroa\u0219e timp de 2-3 minute.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adaug\u0103 pasta de tomate, ro\u0219iile uscate, urmate de sare \u0219i piper dup\u0103 gust. Se acoper\u0103 \u0219i se las\u0103 s\u0103 fiarb\u0103 la foc mic timp de 5 minute.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Odat\u0103 ce apa pentru paste fierbe: \u00cen timp ce sosul se g\u0103te\u0219te, apa ar trebui s\u0103 fiarb\u0103 acum. Adaug\u0103 gnocchi \u0219i g\u0103te\u0219te timp de 3-4 minute sau \u00een dup\u0103 instruc\u021biunile ambalajului. Gnocchi ar trebui s\u0103 pluteasc\u0103 la suprafa\u021b\u0103. Po\u021bi p\u0103stra aproximativ 1\/2 can\u0103 de ap\u0103 de la paste.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amestec\u0103 tofu \u0219i gnocchi \u0219i adaug\u0103 apa pentru paste dac\u0103 vrei (poate ajuta dac\u0103 sosul t\u0103u este prea gros).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Orneaz\u0103 cu busuioc proasp\u0103t.
