prea moale, aproximativ 15 minute. Se scurge \u0219i se pune deoparte.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cl\u0103te\u0219te bine quinoa cu ap\u0103 rece ca s\u0103 \u00eendep\u0103rtezi saponinii \u0219i s\u0103 evi\u021bi gustul amar. Pune-o la fiert cu 2 c\u0103ni de ap\u0103 \u0219i las-o la foc mic pentru 15 minute, apoi stinge focul \u0219i las-o cu capacul pus p\u00e2n\u0103 preg\u0103te\u0219ti sosul sofrito.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru a preg\u0103ti sofrito, \u00eenc\u0103lze\u0219te uleiul de m\u0103sline \u00eentr-o tigaie mare. Adaug\u0103 ardeiul gras, ceapa \u0219i usturoiul \u0219i soteaz\u0103-le timp de 5-7 minute sau p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd ardeiul este moale. Se transfer\u0103 \u00eentr-un castron mare.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ia 2 c\u0103ni de linte g\u0103tit\u0103 \u0219i adaug-o peste sofrito. Adaug\u0103 restul ingredientelor pentru chiftelu\u021be (mai pu\u021bin uleiul pentru pr\u0103jit) \u00een bolul de sofrito \u0219i amestec\u0103 bine p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd toate ingredientele sunt bine \u00eencorporate. Se pune la frigider timp de 10 minute.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apoi formeaz\u0103 bile (sau ce form\u0103 de chiftelute dore\u0219ti). Ar trebui s\u0103 ob\u021bii aproximativ 30 de chiftelu\u021be.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dac\u0103 le pr\u0103je\u0219ti: \u00cenc\u0103lze\u0219te uleiul de m\u0103sline \u00een tigaia mare. Adaug\u0103 chiftelele \u00een dou\u0103 reprize, g\u0103tindu-le timp de 6-8 minute, asigur\u00e2ndu-te c\u0103 le \u00eentorci pe toate p\u0103r\u021bile.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dac\u0103 le coci: \u00cenc\u0103lze\u0219te cuptorul la 200\u00baC. Pulverizeaz\u0103 generos cu ulei o form\u0103 de mini brio\u0219e. Pune c\u00e2te o chiftelu\u021b\u0103 \u00een fiecare dintre forme \u0219i pulverizeaz\u0103 pu\u021bin cu ulei \u0219i partea superioar\u0103 a chiftelu\u021belor. Alternativ, le po\u021bi pune pur \u0219i simplu pe o foaie de copt tapetat\u0103 cu h\u00e2rtie de pergament. Coace-le la cuptor timp de 30 de minute.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru a preg\u0103ti sosul de tahini \u0219i turmeric, pune toate ingredientele pentru sos \u00een tigaie.
