Acesta poate fi unul dintre motivele pentru care sindromul colonului iritabil afecteaz\u0103 mai des femeile dec\u00e2t b\u0103rba\u021bii.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diagnosticul sindromului colonului iritabil<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru diagnosticarea sindromului colonului iritabil nu exist\u0103 un test sau o analiz\u0103 specific\u0103. Diagnosticul poate fi dat doar de medicul gastroenterolog \u0219i \u00een general, \u00een urma unui criteriu denumit <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/theromefoundation.org\/rome-iv\/rome-iv-criteria\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eRoma<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d: Durere abdominal\u0103 recurent\u0103 \u00een medie cel pu\u021bin 1 zi\/s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een ultimele 3 luni, asociat\u0103 cu dou\u0103 sau mai multe dintre urm\u0103toarele criterii legate de defecare:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">modificare a frecven\u021bei scaunelor<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">modificare a formei (aspectului) scaunului<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru a pune diagnostic, criteriile trebuie s\u0103 fie \u00eendeplinite \u00een ultimele 3 luni, cu debutul simptomelor cu cel pu\u021bin 6 luni \u00eenainte de diagnosticare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen urma unei diagnostic\u0103ri, medicul poate recomanda apoi o serie de analiza medicale cum ar fi colonoscopie, ecografie abdominal\u0103, teste de intoleran\u021b\u0103 alimentar\u0103 (spre exemplu pentru a verifica dac\u0103 suferi de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/cum-sa-urmezi-o-dieta-fara-gluten-cand-ai-boala-celiaca\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">boala celiac\u0103<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) sau teste de scaun care pot vedea dac\u0103 este vorba despre o infec\u021bie ori despre o boal\u0103 intestinal\u0103 inflamatorie.
