Fierbem 8-10 minute sau p\u00e2n\u0103 bulgurul este umflat. Amestec\u0103m des. Tragem de pe foc \u0219i af\u00e2n\u0103m bine cu furculi\u021ba.<\/p>\n<p>Nu ne r\u0103m\u00e2ne dec\u00e2t s\u0103 asambl\u0103m salata de bulgur cu tofu \u2013 pentru fiecare por\u021bie punem pe fundul farfuriei un strat generos de salat\u0103 verde t\u0103iat\u0103 f\u00e2\u0219ii, bulgur, tofu, ro\u0219ii, ridichi sau legumele preferate.
