Po\u021bi l\u0103sa p\u00e2inea s\u0103 se usuce, descoperit\u0103 pe blat, timp de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 24 de ore.<\/li>\n<li>Pentru a asambla budinca\/umplutura, tope\u0219te untul \u00eentr-o tigaie mare la foc mic-mediu. Adaug\u0103 ceapa, \u021belina, morcovii \u0219i ierburile proaspete \u0219i las\u0103 la fiert aproximativ 8 p\u00e2n\u0103 la 10 minute, sau p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd mirepoix-ul devine translucid.<\/li>\n<li>\u00centre timp, adaug\u0103 p\u00e2inea \u00eentr-un castron mare \u0219i las\u0103-l deoparte.<\/li>\n<li>Odat\u0103 ce legumele sunt fierte, se iau de pe foc \u0219i se adaug\u0103 \u00een p\u00e2ine, amestec\u00e2nd bine. Apoi, toarn\u0103 <a href=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/cum-faci-acasa-supa-stock-fiertura-din-legume\/\">supa stock<\/a> peste amestecul de p\u00e2ine, c\u00e2te pu\u021bin. Amestec\u0103 \u0219i adaug\u0103 \u00een continuare lichidul p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd mixtura de p\u00e2ine este destul de umed\u0103. Cantitatea de sup\u0103 stock necesar\u0103 va depinde doar de c\u00e2t\u0103 p\u00e2ine ai avut \u0219i de cantitatea de legume.<\/li>\n<li>Apoi, pune compozi\u021bia \u00eentr-o tav\u0103 uns\u0103 cu pu\u021bin ulei; acoper\u0103 vasul \u0219i coace timp de 30 de minute.
