Dac\u0103 nu ai un robot de buc\u0103t\u0103rie, po\u021bi folosi un blender cu picior.<\/li>\n<li>Gust\u0103 \u0219i, dac\u0103 este nevoie, adaug\u0103 mai mult\u0103 ap\u0103, sare sau suc de l\u0103m\u00e2ie.<\/li>\n<li>Orneaz\u0103 cu p\u0103trunjel proasp\u0103t t\u0103iat.<\/li>\n<li>Serve\u0219te cu chipsuri de porumb, biscui\u021bi de orez \u0219i\/sau cu be\u021bi\u0219oare de legume proaspete.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>\u0218tiai c\u0103?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00cen afar\u0103 de antioxidan\u021bi, sfecla ro\u0219ie con\u021bine multe vitamine \u0219i minerale importante pentru buna func\u021bionare a organismului?
