Supe creme<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chiar dac\u0103 vremea a \u00eenceput s\u0103 se \u00eenc\u0103lzeasc\u0103, nu avem cum s\u0103 nu includem \u00een list\u0103 \u0219i c\u00e2teva re\u021bete de sup\u0103-crem\u0103 (sau poate tocmai de aceea\u2026!). Din fericire, supele-crem\u0103 pot fi consumate \u0219i reci. \u00cen func\u021bie de vreme, le po\u021bi m\u00e2nca pentru a te r\u0103cori sau \u00eenc\u0103lzi. Un alt motiv pentru care ador\u0103m aceste supe este faptul c\u0103 le po\u021bi personaliza \u00een func\u021bie de gusturile tale. Le po\u021bi face din<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/supa-crema-de-morcov\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">morcovi<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/supa-crema-de-broccoli\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">broccoli<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/supa-de-linte-cu-rosii\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">linte<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, din<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/supa-crema-de-telina\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u021belin\u0103<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, iar lista poate continua. Nu doar c\u0103 sunt foarte s\u0103n\u0103toase (datorit\u0103 legumelor folosite), dar dac\u0103 folose\u0219ti un blender c\u00e2nd le prepari sunt gata \u00een 30-45 de minute!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>3.
