Gripa \u0219i r\u0103ceala sunt cele mai r\u0103sp\u00e2ndite \u0219i mai comune boli atunci c\u00e2nd vine vorba de sezonul rece, a\u0219a c\u0103 speciali\u0219tii vin \u00een ajutorul nostru cu sfaturi utile prin care ne putem \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bii \u0219i men\u021bine s\u0103n\u0103tatea organismului cu ajutorul alimentelor, iar dac\u0103 este necesar, \u0219i al suplimentelor alimentare, care se administreaz\u0103 numai la recomandarea unui medic dietetician, medic de familie sau medic specialist.<\/p>\n<h4>Alimente bogate \u00een nutrien\u021bi<\/h4>\n<p>Din fericire, mul\u021bi dintre noi avem acces la o varietate mare de fructe \u0219i legume pe tot parcursul anului. Astfel, ne putem construi o diet\u0103 bogat\u0103 \u0219i variat\u0103, bucur\u00e2ndu-ne de alimente delicioase \u0219i hr\u0103nitoare, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 stagn\u0103m \u00eentr-o rutin\u0103 alimentar\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Legume precum morcovul \u0219i dovleacul sunt extrem de bogate \u00een <strong>vitamina A<\/strong>, care func\u021bioneaz\u0103 ca un scut \u00eempotriva agen\u021bilor patogeni \u0219i care stimuleaz\u0103 activitatea celulelor imune.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vitamina C<\/strong> este o alt\u0103 vitamin\u0103 esen\u021bial\u0103 organismului nostru, care \u00eent\u0103re\u0219te imunitatea \u0219i stimuleaz\u0103 absorb\u021bia fierului \u00een organism.
