Cercetarea dezv\u0103luie rela\u021bia cauzal\u0103 dintre consumul de fructe \u0219i legume, exerci\u021biile fizice \u0219i fericire, mai degrab\u0103 dec\u00e2t o conexiune generalizat\u0103. Po\u021bi fi zi de zi mai fericit cu legume, fructe \u0219i sport, pare simplu, nu-i a\u0219a?<\/p>\n<p>Cercet\u0103torii, Dr. Adelina Gschwandtner (\u0218coala de Economie a Universit\u0103\u021bii Kent), Dr. Sarah Jewell \u0219i Prof. Uma Kambhampati (ambele de la \u0218coala de Economie a Universit\u0103\u021bii Reading), au folosit o abordare prin variabile instrumentale pentru a filtra orice efect al fericirii asupra stilului de via\u021b\u0103. Aceasta a ar\u0103tat c\u0103 mai degrab\u0103 consumul de fructe \u0219i legume \u0219i exerci\u021biile fizice sunt cele care \u00eei fac pe oameni ferici\u021bi \u0219i nu invers. Mai simplu spus, acest lucru \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 suntem ferici\u021bi pentru c\u0103 m\u00e2nc\u0103m fructe \u0219i legume, nu pentru c\u0103 ne consol\u0103m cu g\u00e2ndul c\u0103 am f\u0103cut ceva benefic pentru propria persoan\u0103, \u00een cazul de fa\u021b\u0103 \u2013 opt\u0103m pentru variante mai s\u0103n\u0103toase \u00een alimenta\u021bie.<\/p>\n<p>Constat\u0103rile demonstreaz\u0103 c\u0103 abilitatea indivizilor de a am\u00e2na gratificarea \u0219i de a aplica autocontrolul joac\u0103 un rol major \u00een influen\u021barea deciziilor privind stilul de via\u021b\u0103, care, la r\u00e2ndul s\u0103u, are un impact pozitiv asupra bunei dispozi\u021bii. Cercetarea arat\u0103, de asemenea, c\u0103 b\u0103rba\u021bii par s\u0103 fac\u0103 mai multe exerci\u021bii fizice, iar femeile consum\u0103 mai multe fructe \u0219i legume.<\/p>\n<p>Nu mai e un secret pentru nimeni c\u0103 anumite afec\u021biuni sunt str\u00e2ns legate de stilul de via\u021b\u0103 \u0219i c\u0103 apari\u021bia acestora ar putea fi prevenit\u0103 \u00een timp util, de aceea este important s\u0103 continu\u0103m procesul de informare \u0219i educare cu privire la importan\u021ba calit\u0103\u021bii vie\u021bii generat\u0103 prin alimenta\u021bie, exerci\u021biu fizic \u0219i echilibru.<\/p>\n<p>Cercetarea a analizat impactul a dou\u0103 elemente m\u0103surabile ale stilului de via\u021b\u0103 &#8211; consumul de fructe \u0219i legume \u0219i efectuarea de exerci\u021bii fizice &#8211; asupra bun\u0103st\u0103rii individuale. Deoarece stilul de via\u021b\u0103 este probabil s\u0103 fie endogen, acest aspect a fost corectat prin utilizarea a dou\u0103 dimensiuni ale gratific\u0103rii utilizate ca instrumente. Astfel c\u0103 s-a constatat c\u0103 cele dou\u0103 instrumente de gratificare \u00eent\u00e2rziat\u0103 sunt pozitive \u0219i semnificative \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te influen\u021ba asupra stilului de via\u021b\u0103. \u00cen a doua etap\u0103, cercet\u0103torii au observat c\u0103 integrarea fructelor \u0219i legumelor precum \u0219i activitatea sportiv\u0103 sporesc satisfac\u021bia legat\u0103 de propria via\u021b\u0103, de\u0219i impactul variaz\u0103 \u00een cazul b\u0103rba\u021bilor \u0219i al femeilor.<\/p>\n<p>Abilitatea de a am\u00e2na recompensa le permite indivizilor s\u0103 acorde o importan\u021b\u0103 mai mare componentei investi\u021bionale a deciziilor privind stilul de via\u021b\u0103, mai degrab\u0103 dec\u00e2t doar componentei afective. Cercetarea, care a \u00eenceput \u00een anul 2009, a fost realizat\u0103 pe un e\u0219antion de 40.000 de gospod\u0103rii din Regatul Unit, dintre care 5926 de responden\u021bi au fost b\u0103rba\u021bi \u0219i 8233 femei. \u00cen cadrul cercet\u0103rii au fost lua\u021bi \u00een calcul \u0219i indicatori precum venitul, regiunea, sexul, educa\u021bia \u0219i grupa de v\u00e2rst\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen ultimii ani interesul pentru un stil de via\u021b\u0103 echilibrat a crescut de la an la an, nu doar gradul de satisfac\u021bie personal \u0219i calitatea vie\u021bii fiec\u0103rui individ a contribuit la aceast\u0103 tendin\u021b\u0103, ci \u0219i aspectele care vizeaz\u0103 costurile pentru serviciile medicale survenite \u00een urma unui stil de via\u021b\u0103 dezordonat, s\u0103n\u0103tatea mediului \u00eenconjur\u0103tor, sustenabilitatea alimentar\u0103 precum \u0219i viitorul genera\u021biilor urm\u0103toare.<\/p>\n<p>Lucrarea men\u021bionat\u0103 a cercetat impactul acestor schimb\u0103ri asupra bun\u0103st\u0103rii individuale precum \u0219i dac\u0103 acestea au avut loc cu pre\u021bul pl\u0103cerii afective \u0219i\/sau al satisfac\u021biei pe termen lung.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen concluzie, at\u00e2t timp c\u00e2t schimb\u0103rile din stilul de via\u021b\u0103 al fiec\u0103rui individ contribuie la conservarea resurselor, protejarea mediului \u00eenconjur\u0103tor cu flor\u0103 \u0219i faun\u0103, la o mai bun\u0103 gestionare a finan\u021belor \u0219i nu \u00een ultimul r\u00e2nd la \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea satisfac\u021biei individuale \u00een via\u021b\u0103, atunci vorbim de o rela\u021bie avantajoas\u0103 \u00een care merit\u0103 s\u0103 ne implic\u0103m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un studiu realizat de cercet\u0103torii de la Universit\u0103\u021bile Kent \u0219i Reading din Marea Britanie arat\u0103 c\u0103 nivelul de fericire al unui individ poate fi influen\u021bat de consumul de fructe \u0219i legume, precum \u0219i de activitatea fizic\u0103 depus\u0103.
