Las\u0103 deoparte bolul acoperit cu folie stretch\/prosop de buc\u0103t\u0103rie, pentru 20 minute, p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i va dubla volumul.<\/li>\n<li>Pentru prepararea <strong>aluatului<\/strong>, cerne f\u0103ina \u00eentr-un bol mai mare, dup\u0103 care adaug\u0103 b\u0103utura vegetal\u0103 c\u0103ldu\u021b\u0103, zah\u0103rul, sarea, curcuma, esen\u021ba de vanilie \u0219i amestec\u0103 totul foarte bine. Adaug\u0103 maiaua fr\u0103m\u00e2nt\u00e2nd bine, apoi pune uleiul pu\u021bin c\u00e2te pu\u021bin, fr\u0103m\u00e2nt\u00e2nd continuu. Continu\u0103 fr\u0103m\u00e2ntarea p\u00e2n\u0103 vei ob\u021bine un aluat elastic.<\/li>\n<li>Pune aluatul \u00een bolul uns cu ulei, acoperit cu folie stretch\/prosop de buc\u0103t\u0103rie \u0219i las\u0103 la crescut pentru 1 or\u0103 (p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i va dubla volumul).<\/li>\n<li>P\u00e2n\u0103 aluatul va fi gata crescut, preg\u0103te\u0219te <strong>umplutura<\/strong>. \u00centr-un robot de buc\u0103t\u0103rie mai puternic, adaug\u0103 toate ingredientele \u0219i amestec\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 compozi\u021bia este bine m\u0103run\u021bit\u0103, cremoas\u0103 iar mixul de fructe este bine \u00eencorporat.<\/li>\n<li>Unge o tav\u0103 p\u0103trat\u0103 (cu diametrul de 30 cm) cu ulei \u0219i las-o deoparte.<\/li>\n<li>C\u00e2nd volumul aluatului s-a dublat, pe masa de lucru pune f\u0103in\u0103 \u0219i \u00eentinde o foaie dreptunghiular\u0103 groas\u0103 de aprox 0,5 cm cu lungimea de aprox 36-40 cm \u0219i l\u0103\u021bimea de 30.<\/li>\n<li>\u00centinde uniform umplutura, ruleaz\u0103 cu grij\u0103 foaia (ATEN\u021aIE: umplutura se va deplasa u\u0219or la rulat) \u0219i apoi taie rulouri de 2,5 -3 cm (folose\u0219te un cu\u021bit foarte bine ascu\u021bit).<\/li>\n<li>Transfer\u0103 cu grij\u0103 rulourile \u00een tava uns\u0103 cu ulei.<\/li>\n<li>Introdu tava \u00een cuptorul pre\u00eenc\u0103lzit \u00een prealabil, la 180 grade, pe treapta din mijloc, cu program \u00eenc\u0103lzire sus\u2013jos sau la 160 grade cu program cu ventila\u021bie, p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd se rumenesc frumos aproximativ 40-50 minute.<\/li>\n<li>Se scot din cuptor, se las\u0103 la r\u0103cit \u0219i se pot servi cu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/inghetata-de-caju-si-cocos\/\"><strong>\u00cenghe\u021bat\u0103 de caju \u0219i cocos<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>\u0218tiai c\u0103?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Tofu este un aliment ob\u021binut din b\u0103utur\u0103 de soia care este \u00eenchegat, presat \u0219i por\u021bionat, proces destul de similar cu br\u00e2nzeturile.<\/li>\n<li>Tofu reprezint\u0103 o surs\u0103 foarte important\u0103 de proteine complete.
