Dup\u0103 ce vor fi stat la \u00eenmuiat, le ad\u0103uga\u021bi \u00een blender numai \u00een momentul \u00een care inten\u021biona\u021bi s\u0103 face\u021bi preparatul, \u00een caz contrar le mai pute\u021bi \u021bine \u00een ap\u0103. L\u0103sa\u021bi deoparte.<\/li>\n<li>\u00centr-un blender pune\u021bi caju-ul, iaurtul, laptele de soia, uleiul de cocos, sucul de l\u0103m\u00e2ie, amidonul de porumb, pudra de usturoi, drojdia inactiv\u0103 \u0219i sarea. Mixa\u021bi la maxim patru minute p\u00e2n\u0103 se omogenizeaz\u0103 complet, l\u0103sa\u021bi compozi\u021bia \u00een recipient.<\/li>\n<li>\u00centr-o oal\u0103 medie, ad\u0103uga\u021bi \u00bd can\u0103 de ap\u0103 filtrat\u0103 \u0219i \u00eenc\u0103lzi\u021bi la foc mediu. C\u00e2nd este fierbinte, ad\u0103uga\u021bi pudra de agar. Amesteca\u021bi bine. Dup\u0103 aproximativ dou\u0103-patru minute se va forma un gel.
