C\u0103lim u\u0219or ceapa \u00een ulei, cu cele 2 linguri de ap\u0103 \u0219i cu piper, pe care le punem \u00eentr-o tigaie pe foc p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd ceapa devine translucid\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>\u00centr-un alt vas, amestec\u0103m toate ingredientele apoi form\u0103m peri\u0219oarele. Le punem pe o tav\u0103 \u0219i le l\u0103s\u0103m deoparte p\u00e2n\u0103 preg\u0103tim \u0219i legumele.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><strong>Mod de preparare sup\u0103:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Baza supei, alc\u0103tuit\u0103 din ceapa t\u0103iat\u0103 m\u0103runt, cu uleiul \u0219i cele 2 linguri de ap\u0103, se pun \u00een oala \u00een care vom face supa. Aceast\u0103 compozi\u021bie se \u201ec\u0103le\u0219te\u201d, la foc mic p\u00e2n\u0103 ce ceapa devine translucid\u0103 (aproximativ 7 minute), dup\u0103 care ad\u0103ug\u0103m usturoiul tocat m\u0103runt.<\/li>\n<li>R\u0103d\u0103cinoasele cur\u0103\u021bate \u0219i t\u0103iate \u00een cubule\u021be mici se adaug\u0103 \u00een oal\u0103 \u0219i se las\u0103 \u0219i acestea la g\u0103tit 7 minute. Urm\u0103torul trimis \u00een sup\u0103 este ardeiul, pe care \u00eel g\u0103tim aproximativ\u00a0 5 minute.
