Bog\u0103\u021bia de arome \u0219i culori pe care ne-o pune la dispozi\u021bie sezonul cald, \u00een buc\u0103t\u0103rie, ne asigur\u0103 \u00een farfurie nu doar gust, ci \u0219i aportul zilnic necesar de vitamine \u0219i minerale.\u00a0 O re\u021bet\u0103 nutritiv\u0103 \u0219i exotic\u0103 este re\u021beta de past\u0103 de sfecl\u0103 ro\u0219ie cu fulgi de nuc\u0103 de cocos. Pentru pasta de sfecl\u0103 avem nevoie de 4 sfecle de m\u0103rime medie, 10 gr de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/ulei-de-cocos-ecologic-500-ml-696.html\">ulei de cocos ecologic<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/sare-roz-de-himalaya-grunjoasa-500g-1210.html\">sare roz<\/a> , piper, 200 gr <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/nuca-de-cocos-250g-110.html\">nuc\u0103 de cocos<\/a>, 100 gr de semin\u021be de susan, 50 gr <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/caju-crud-150g-692.html\">caju crud<\/a> \u0219i zeama de la o l\u0103m\u00e2ie. \u00a0Cur\u0103\u021b\u0103m \u0219i radem sfecla ro\u0219ie pe care o sot\u0103m \u00een pu\u021bin ulei de cocos, timp de 8-10 minute, p\u00e2n\u0103 devine moale, apoi ad\u0103ug\u0103m semin\u021bele de susan, fulgii de cocos \u0219i cantitatea de caju \u0219i continu\u0103m s\u0103 g\u0103tim la foc mic timp de 5 minute. Dup\u0103 r\u0103cire, adaug\u0103m uleiul de cocos, sarea, piperul \u0219i zeama de l\u0103m\u00e2ie \u0219i cu ajutorul blenderului amestec\u0103m p\u00e2n\u0103 ob\u021binem o compozi\u021bie cremoas\u0103 bun\u0103 de m\u00e2ncat cu rondele sau cu f\u00e2\u0219ii sub\u021biri de castravete \u0219i \u021belin\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Past\u0103 colorat\u0103 de morcov cu fenicul <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Vara e anotimpul imagina\u021biei \u0219i experimentelor \u00een buc\u0103t\u0103rie, cu o varietate de texturi \u0219i gusturi proaspete po\u021bi g\u0103ti numeroase preparate care mai de care mai r\u0103coritoare \u0219i hr\u0103nitoare. Un alt mix s\u0103n\u0103tos \u0219i gustos este format din morocov \u0219i fenicul, unde morcovul are propriet\u0103\u021bi antioxidante \u0219i contribuie la s\u0103n\u0103tatea organismului, \u00een timp ce feniculul este o surs\u0103 bogat\u0103 de vitamine \u0219i minerale, rezult\u00e2nd astfel un amestec gustos cu beneficii pentru organism. Pentru re\u021bet\u0103 avem nevoie de 5 morcovi mari, 1 bulb mare de fenicul, 2-3 c\u0103\u021bei de usturoi, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/ulei-de-susan-presat-la-rece-250ml-724.html\">ulei de susan<\/a>, sare, piper, 100 gr tofu \u0219i zeama de la o l\u0103m\u00e2ie. \u00cenc\u0103lzi\u021bi cuptorul la 200\u02daC, pune\u021bi morcovii \u0219i feniculul t\u0103ia\u021bi pe jum\u0103tate \u00een tav\u0103, pres\u0103ra\u021bi sare \u0219i piper dup\u0103 gust, ad\u0103uga\u021bi usturoiul zdrobit \u0219i stropi\u021bi generos cu ulei de susan. L\u0103sa\u021bi la cuptor timp de 30-40 de minute p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd legumele sunt coapte, scote\u021bi \u0219i l\u0103sa\u021bi la r\u0103cit. Pune\u021bi compozi\u021bia din tav\u0103 cu tot cu usturoi \u00eentr-un robot de buc\u0103t\u0103rie \u0219i amesteca\u021bi. Re\u021beta de humus este \u00een esen\u021b\u0103 foarte simpl\u0103, \u00eens\u0103 poate fi reinterpetat\u0103 \u00een variate moduri \u00een func\u021bie de gusturile \u0219i preferin\u021bele alimentare. Noi propunem re\u021beta original\u0103 dar cu un twist fresh, de var\u0103, pentru care avem nevoie de 200 gr <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/naut-boabe-500g-34.html\">n\u0103ut<\/a>, 1-2 c\u0103\u021bei de usturoi, zeama de la \u00bd l\u0103m\u00e2ie, 3 linguri de past\u0103 de susan, 2 linguri de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/ulei-de-susan-presat-la-rece-250ml-724.html\">ulei de susan presat la rece<\/a> \u0219i 3 leg\u0103turi de p\u0103trunjel. Pentru acest preparat e nevoie s\u0103 punem n\u0103utul la \u00eenmuiat cu o sear\u0103 \u00eenainte de preg\u0103tirea lui iar a doua zi \u00eel sp\u0103l\u0103m, \u00eel scurgem \u0219i \u00eel punem la fiert cu pu\u021bin\u0103 sare pentru 45 de minute. Strecur\u0103m n\u0103utul \u0219i p\u0103str\u0103m apa r\u0103mas\u0103 dup\u0103 care cu ajutorul unui blender mix\u0103m boabele de n\u0103ut \u00eempreun\u0103 cu celelate ingrediente p\u00e2n\u0103 ob\u021binem o past\u0103 omogen\u0103, cremoas\u0103. Pentru a emulsifica compozi\u021bia ad\u0103ug\u0103m din apa r\u0103mas\u0103 de la fiert. Transfer\u0103m compozi\u021bia \u00eentr-un bol \u0219i ad\u0103ug\u0103m uleiul de susan \u0219i p\u0103trunjelul tocat m\u0103runt.
