G\u0103titul legumelor pe gr\u0103tar este o modalitate u\u0219oar\u0103 \u0219i foarte rapid\u0103 de a le da o arom\u0103 uimitoare. \u00cen plus, nu trebuie s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi faci griji dac\u0103 sunt prea arse sau nu sunt destul de bine f\u0103cute la mijloc \u2013 pentru c\u0103-\u021bi po\u021bi da seama dac\u0103 sunt gata doar privindu-le. Iat\u0103 c\u00e2teva sfaturi pentru a g\u0103ti ni\u0219te legume la gr\u0103tar perfecte.<\/p>\n<h4><strong style=\"color: #111111; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 19px;\">1. Unge cu pu\u021bin ulei legumele<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Legumele se usuc\u0103 c\u00e2nd dau de c\u0103ldur\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 pu\u021bin ulei. \u00cenainte de a pune legumele pe gr\u0103tar, strope\u0219te-le cu un strat sub\u021bire de ulei.
