Amestec\u0103m \u00een tot acest timp astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t compozi\u021bia s\u0103 nu se lipeasc\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Dup\u0103 ce aromele usturoiului s-au contopit cu aromele cepii \u0219i vinetelor, punem pasta de ro\u0219ii. T\u0103iem feliu\u021be ciupercile \u0219i le tragem la tigaie 3 minute. Cur\u0103\u021b\u0103m ceapa \u0219i o toc\u0103m solzi\u0219ori, timp \u00een care ciupercile se r\u0103cesc.<\/li>\n<li>Amestec\u0103m vinetele cu ceapa, ciupercile \u0219i ardeii capia, peste care ad\u0103ug\u0103m maioneza de post. \u00cencorpor\u0103m sarea \u0219i amestec\u0103m bine p\u00e2n\u0103 ob\u021binem compozi\u021bia dorit\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Avem astfel o altfel de salat\u0103 de vinete, mai consistent\u0103 \u0219i mai bogat\u0103 nutritiv. C\u00e2nd acestea s-au \u00eenumuiat, ad\u0103ug\u0103m ghimbirul, ro\u0219iile \u0219i ardeiul iute, coriandrul m\u0103cinat, boiaua \u0219i garam masala, pe care le fierbem la foc mic timp de minute dup\u0103 care ad\u0103ug\u0103m vinetele \u0219i sare dup\u0103 gust.
