Terciurile sunt unele dintre cele mai versatile alimente, iar c\u00e2nd spunem acest lucru ne referim nu doar la tradi\u021bionalul terci dulce servit la micul dejun, ci \u0219i la unele sortimente s\u0103rate \u0219i condimentate.<\/p>\n<p>Iar versatilitatea terciului vine \u0219i din faptul c\u0103 poate fi preparat \u00een multe feluri. Cel mai cunoscut mod de preparare este prin fierberea cerealelor, care s\u0103 se \u00eengroa\u0219e \u00eentr-un timp scurt. G\u0103tindu-le \u00een acest fel, procesul de eliberare al amidonului din cereale este mai rapid \u2013 \u0219i tocmai de aici vine popularitatea sa pentru dimine\u021bi aglomerate sau gust\u0103ri rapide. Cu toate acestea, te-ai g\u00e2ndit vreodat\u0103 c\u0103 exist\u0103 o alternativ\u0103 \u0219i mai rapid\u0103? Ei bine, da, exist\u0103 \u0219i se nume\u0219te \u201eovernight oats\u201d, adic\u0103 un terci pe care doar \u00eel amesteci, f\u0103r\u0103 a fi nevoie de g\u0103tire \u2013 dac\u0103 le dai timp, cerealele se vor \u00eengro\u0219a prin absorbirea lichidului \u0219i vor face tot procesul \u00een locul t\u0103u.<\/p>\n<p>Nu doar c\u0103 economise\u0219ti timp diminea\u021ba, \u00eens\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd \u00eel preg\u0103te\u0219ti de seara, procesul este unul la fel de rapid. Nu \u0219tim dac\u0103 exist\u0103 un mic dejun mai rapid \u0219i mai hr\u0103nitor de at\u00e2t, pe care s\u0103 \u00eel po\u021bi lua rapid din frigider \u00een drum spre munc\u0103, cursuri sau, de ce nu, la biroul de acas\u0103!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Cum preg\u0103te\u0219ti overnight oats?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 ov\u0103z \u0219i lapte, \u00ee\u021bi po\u021bi personaliza ov\u0103zul ad\u0103ug\u00e2nd diverse semin\u021be (chia, in), iaurt vegetal, siropuri, miere sau vanilie, dar \u0219i o mul\u021bime de topping-uri, de la nuci \u0219i fructe, p\u00e2n\u0103 la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/musli-21-25\">m\u00fcsli \u0219i granola<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cens\u0103 o re\u021bet\u0103 cu care nu po\u021bi da gre\u0219 niciodat\u0103 este de a ad\u0103uga cantit\u0103\u021bi egale de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/fulgi-de-ovaz-1-kg-210.html\">fulgi de ov\u0103z<\/a> \u0219i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/bauturi-vegetale-53\">b\u0103utur\u0103 vegetal\u0103<\/a>. \u00cen plus, po\u021bi ad\u0103uga o lingur\u0103 de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/seminte-de-chia-150g-156.html\">semin\u021be de chia<\/a> (sau aproximativ 30 de grame). Astfel, ov\u0103zul ar trebui s\u0103 absoarb\u0103 o bun\u0103 parte a laptelui, iar semin\u021bele de chia s\u0103 adauge o textur\u0103 cremoas\u0103 perfect\u0103, ca de budinc\u0103. Desigur, po\u021bi pune o cantitate mai mare sau mai mic\u0103 de semin\u021be de chia, \u00een func\u021bie de gust sau de consisten\u021ba dorit\u0103.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pentru \u00eenceput, amestec\u0103 ov\u0103zul \u0219i semin\u021bele de chia, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu alte ingrediente uscate.<\/li>\n<li>Toarn\u0103 laptele peste, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu alte ingrediente lichide (esen\u021ba de vanilie, mierea sau siropul).<\/li>\n<li>Pentru a aduce la via\u021b\u0103 \u0219i mai mult gustul ov\u0103zului po\u021bi folosi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/bautura-vegetala-din-ovaz-bio-1l-1314.html\"><strong>b\u0103utura vegetal\u0103 de ov\u0103z<\/strong><\/a>. Aceasta este o alternativ\u0103 cu multe proteine \u0219i fibre, care va ad\u0103uga savoare ov\u0103zului, pentru un gust c\u00e2t mai bogat.<\/li>\n<li>Dac\u0103 vrei \u00eens\u0103 o arom\u0103 contrastant\u0103 cu cea a ov\u0103zului, atunci po\u021bi alege <a href=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/lapte-de-migdale-1l-1115.html\"><strong>b\u0103utura de migdale<\/strong><\/a>. Aceasta are un gust specific inedit, pe care nu ai cum s\u0103 nu-l iube\u0219ti.
