In cazul in care folosesti o pasta de rosii foarte concentrata, poti sa adaugi si jumatate de cana de apa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Se lasa preparatul sa mai fiarba la foc domol cat sa se ingroase sosul \u0219i apoi poti adauga restul ingredientelor: ceapa, coaja de lamaie, piperul cayenne, \u0219i bucatile de tofu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Dupa ce ai amestecat toate acestea, lasi toate ingredientele sa mai fiarba 5-10 minute la foc mic, iar la final integrezi si crema de cocos, apoi opresti focul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Gulasul vegetal cu tofu si ciuperci se va servi cald \u0219i recomand\u0103m s\u0103 fie servit alaturi de <a href=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/paine-de-casa-fara-framantare\/\">o p\u00e2ine proasp\u0103t\u0103, f\u0103cut\u0103 \u00een cas\u0103<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta Gulas vegetal cu tofu si ciuperci<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Nu am adaugat la lista de ingrediente si cantitatea de apa intrucat ea poate sa difere. Cantitatea adaugata depinde, deci, de ingredientele folosite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Piperul Cayenne este o defapt o pudr\u0103 ob\u021binut\u0103 din ardei iute cu numele specific, Cayenne. Dac\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi place ca preparatul t\u0103u s\u0103 fie mai picant, adaug\u0103 mai mult piper Cayenne, sau chiar piper negru m\u0103cinat.<\/li>\n<li>Crema de cocos va aduce un plus important acestui preparat atat pentru gust si textura, cat si din punctul de vedere al calitatilor nutritive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Tofu, preparata din soia, nu difera foarte mult, din punctul de vedere al procesului de productie, de branza din lapte de origine animala?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Tofu este un aliment extrem de apreciat si consumat de catre persoanele care au adoptat o dieta vegana, dar si foarte raspandit in bucataria asiatica? El aduce in alimentatia ta un numar important de proteine, cat si minerale esentiale cum ar fi fierul, calciul, magneziul, plus o serie de grasimi <em>bune<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Produsele din soia, asa cum este si tofu, reprezinta o valoroasa sursa de fibre, vitamine din complexul B si acizi grasi de tip omega 3?
