Consumul unor categorii diferite de legume \u00ee\u021bi asigur\u0103 surse importante din vitaminele A, B, C sau K \u0219i nutrien\u021bi precum calciu, magneziu, fier \u0219i zinc. Fiecare legum\u0103 \u00een parte are specificul ei nutri\u021bional, iar uneori chiar \u0219i culoarea poate indica acest lucru.
