Las\u0103 soia la hidratat de seara pan\u0103 a doua zi (minimum 10 ore).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pasul 2:<\/strong> A doua zi, scurge apa \u0219i spal\u0103 boabele, frec\u00e2ndu-le \u00eentre m\u00e2ini pentru a desprinde cojile de pe boabele de soia. Acestea din urm\u0103 se str\u00e2ng \u0219i se arunc\u0103.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pasul 3:<\/strong> \u00centr-un robot de buc\u0103t\u0103rie, pune c\u00e2te 1 can\u0103 de soia \u0219i 2,5 c\u0103ni de ap\u0103, mix\u00e2nd timp de 4-6 minute. Este necesar s\u0103 mix\u0103m mai mult timp, pentru ca boabele de soia s\u0103 devin\u0103 un piure foarte fin. Mixeaz\u0103 cu mult\u0103 r\u0103bdare toat\u0103 cantitatea de soia boabe. Vor rezulta aproximativ 5 L lapte de soia.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pasul 4:<\/strong> Cu ajutorul unui sac de filtrare pentru lapte vegetal (sau tifon), strecoar\u0103 tot laptele rezultat la Pasul 3. Stoarce c\u00e2t de bine po\u021bi pentru a extrage c\u00e2t mai mult lapte de soia. Pulpa rezultat\u0103, numit\u0103 okara, nu se arunc\u0103 ci se folose\u0219te la alte re\u021bete, cum ar fi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/negresa-cu-okara\/\">negresa cu okara<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pasul 5:<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00centr-un pahar, pune clorura de magneziu \u00eempreun\u0103 cu 100 ml ap\u0103, amestec\u00e2nd pentru a dizolva clorura.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pasul 6:<\/strong> Preg\u0103te\u0219te vasele \u00een care vei face tofu. \u00cen cazul \u00een care nu ai un vas special pentru tofu, po\u021bi s\u0103 folose\u0219ti o sit\u0103 de plastic\/inox sau o cutie de plastic g\u0103urit\u0103 din loc \u00een loc pentru a se elimina zerul.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pasul 7:<\/strong> \u00centr-o oal\u0103 de dimensiuni mai mari, pune laptele la fiert la foc mic, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu cele 2 linguri de sare. \u021aine laptele pe foc timp de 20-25 de minute din momentul \u00een care \u00eencepe s\u0103 fiarb\u0103. De asemenea, trebuie amestecat continuu pentru a evita prinderea pe fundul oalei.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pasul 8:<\/strong> Dup\u0103 ce a fiert laptele, opre\u0219te focul \u0219i las\u0103-l deoparte 5 minute, apoi adaug\u0103 clorura de magneziu dizolvat\u0103. Ap\u0103sa cu grij\u0103 tofu pentru a elimina mai repede din zer \u0219i adaug\u0103 din oal\u0103 alte buche\u021bele de tofu pentru a face o bucat\u0103 mai groas\u0103. Dup\u0103 ce ai terminat compozi\u021bia din oal\u0103, adu marginile buc\u0103\u021bii de tifon \u0219i acoper\u0103 tofu.<\/li>\n<li>Pune o sit\u0103 \u00een oal\u0103, peste tofu, preseaz\u0103 \u00een interiorul sitei unde se va aduna doar zerul pe care \u00eel iei cu ajutorul unui polonic sau al unei c\u0103ni. Peste tofu din oal\u0103 adaug\u0103 condimentele dorite, hidratate \u0219i scurse, amestec\u00e2nd bine pentru a le \u00eencorpora. Apoi pune tofu \u00een recipientul ales peste care ai pus tifon (s\u0103 fie o bucat\u0103 mai mare pentru a acoperi bucata de tofu \u0219i pe partea superioar\u0103).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pasul 10:<\/strong> Pune deasupra o greutate de 3-5 kg \u0219i las\u0103 la scurs pentru 4-6 ore (sau de seara p\u00e2n\u0103 diminea\u021ba). Fermitatea tofu-ului este dat\u0103 de greutatea folosit\u0103 la presare \u0219i de durata acestui proces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Observa\u021bii:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clorura de magneziu (sarea Nigari) se poate g\u0103si \u00een farmacii sau magazine tip plafar.<\/li>\n<li>Po\u021bi servi tofu ca atare sau \u00een diverse re\u021bete (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/kebab-vegetal-din-tofu-cu-sos-de-ceapa\/\">tofu kebab<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/salata-de-tofu-marinat\/\">salat\u0103 cu tofu<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/cubulete-aromate-de-tofu-la-cuptor\/\">tofu la cuptor<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/tofu-cu-sos-dulce-acrisor\/\">tofu pr\u0103jit<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/omleta-din-tofu-cu-legume\/\">omlet\u0103 de tofu<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/tofu-marinat-reteta-video\/\">tofu marinat<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/supa-de-legume-cu-tofu\/\">tofu \u00een supe<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/drob-din-tofu-cu-mamaliga\/\">drob din tofu<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/chiftelute-din-morcov-si-tofu\/\">chiftelu\u021be cu tofu<\/a> \u0219i \u00een deserturi, precum o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/placinta-cu-tofu-si-ciocolata\/\">pl\u0103cint\u0103 cremoas\u0103 de tofu cu ciocolat\u0103<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/mousse-de-tofu-si-portocale-reteta-video\/\">mousse de tofu cu portocale<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/mousse-de-tofu-si-fructe-de-padure-reteta-video\/\">cu fructe de p\u0103dure<\/a>) sau \u00eel po\u021bi p\u0103stra la frigider, complet scufundat \u00een saramur\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 \u0218tiai c\u0103?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Tofu are o valoarea caloric\u0103 sc\u0103zut\u0103 \u0219i este o surs\u0103 bun\u0103 de proteine, vitamina B1, antioxidan\u021bi \u0219i to\u021bi cei nou\u0103 aminoacizi esen\u021biali.<\/li>\n<li>Tofu a cunoscut numeroase schimb\u0103ri de-a lungul istoriei sale, fiind utilizat de peste 2000 de ani. Este originar Asiei de Sud-Est, Chinei mai exact, dar ceea ce cunoa\u0219tem noi ast\u0103zi drept tofu este diferit de acela\u0219i preparat din trecut.
