Dac\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi dore\u0219ti un <a href=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/tag\/fel-principal-de-post\/\">fel principal de post<\/a> sau chiar o <a href=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/tag\/aperitive-de-post\/\">gustare de post<\/a> plin\u0103 de arom\u0103, \u00ee\u021bi recomand\u0103m aceast\u0103 re\u021bet\u0103 de <a href=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/tofuplus-natur-sterilizat-200g-1375.html\">tofu<\/a> cu sos dulce-acri\u0219or. Amestec\u0103 bine \u0219i pune compozi\u021bia la cuptor \u00eentr-o tav\u0103 uns\u0103 cu ulei sau tapetat\u0103 cu h\u00e2rtie de copt. Coace pl\u0103cinta la 160\u00b0C pentru 20-30 de minute.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><strong>Pizza cu past\u0103 vegetal\u0103<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Urm\u0103toarea dat\u0103 c\u00e2nd faci pizza \u0219i nu \u0219tii ce s\u0103 mai pui pe ea pentru un plus de arom\u0103, po\u021bi s\u0103 \u00eencorporezi ni\u0219te past\u0103 vegetal\u0103 \u00een sosul de ro\u0219ii sau po\u021bi chiar \u00eenlocui sosul cu unul dintre sortimentele Sano Vita de past\u0103 vegetal\u0103 din linte sau bob \u2013 o po\u021bi alege pe cea cu\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/pateu-din-linte-rosie-cu-ardei-picant-100g-1141.html\">ardei picant<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/pasta-vegetala-din-bob-cu-rosii-si-ceapa-100gr-1187.html\">ro\u0219ii \u0219i ceap\u0103<\/a>\u00a0sau\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/pateu-din-bob-cu-ardei-si-tarhon-1188.html\">ardei \u0219i tarhon<\/a>. Astfel, vei ob\u021bine o pizza mai s\u0103\u021bioas\u0103 \u0219i aromat\u0103, cu un element nou \u0219i inedit de savoare. Numai bun\u0103 pentru cin\u0103 \u00een perioada postului!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><strong>Rulouri cu legume \u0219i past\u0103 vegetal\u0103<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dac\u0103 optezi pentru o cin\u0103 de post rapid\u0103, u\u0219oar\u0103 \u0219i plin\u0103 de prospe\u021bime, alege s\u0103 preg\u0103te\u0219ti ni\u0219te rulouri simple cu legume.<\/p>\n<p>Taie \u00een felii sub\u021biri ni\u0219te ardei, morcov, castravete, varz\u0103 ro\u0219ie \u0219i sfecl\u0103 \u2013 dac\u0103 le preferi mai moi, le po\u021bi trage \u00een tigaie pentru cinci minute. A\u0219az\u0103 p\u0103r\u021bi egale din legumele abia preg\u0103tite pe frunzele de salat\u0103 sau varz\u0103 \u0219i ruleaz\u0103-le.
