Nu, nu ne referim la ghiocei aici, ci la c\u00e2teva plante-minune care pot fi g\u0103tite \u00een felurite forme. Trei exemple de astfel de plante sunt urzicile, leurda \u0219i hasma\u021buchi. Despre unele poate a\u021bi mai auzit, despre altele poate nu, dar cu siguran\u021b\u0103 ve\u021bi fi surprin\u0219i de multitudinea de beneficii pe care fiecare dintre acestea le are pentru organismul nostru.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Urzicile<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Urzicile se g\u0103sesc \u00een aproape toate zonele cultivate sau necultivate din gr\u0103dini, p\u0103duri, izlazuri, prin tufi\u0219uri sau pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 \u0219an\u021buri. Se consider\u0103 c\u0103 un efect vizibil se observ\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd se consum\u0103 o mas\u0103 pe zi cu preparate din urzici timp de 15 zile p\u00e2n\u0103 la 3 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni.<\/p>\n<p>Beneficii tradi\u021bionale \u0219i \u0219tiin\u021bifice ale plantei:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tonific\u0103 organismul \u0219i ajut\u0103 la eliminarea toxinelor acumulate peste iarn\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Sunt antiseptice, depurative, diuretice \u0219i expectorante, \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021besc circula\u021bia \u0219i sus\u021bin sistemul imunitar.<\/li>\n<li>Au propriet\u0103\u021bi analgezice, antiinflamatoare \u015fi antireumatice (ajut\u0103 la ameliorarea simptomelor osteoartritei \u0219i durerilor articulare, de obicei \u00een cazul m\u00e2inilor, genunchilor, \u0219oldurilor \u0219i coloanei vertebrale).<\/li>\n<li>Cura de urzici este recomandat\u0103 \u0219i persoanelor care sufer\u0103 de alergii si rinite, anemicilor \u0219i celor care sufer\u0103 de boli de rinichi.<\/li>\n<li>Contribuie la stimularea metabolismului, atenuneaz\u0103 st\u0103rile inflamatorii ale mucoasei tubului digestiv, au poten\u021bial hepatoprotector.<\/li>\n<li>La nivelul sistemului nervos, studiile pe animale au ar\u0103tat o ac\u021biune antioxidant\u0103 \u0219i antiapoptotic\u0103 eficient\u0103 care promoveaz\u0103 supravie\u021buirea celulelor \u00een creier. Suplimentarea cu urzic\u0103 poate promova, de asemenea, cre\u0219terea performan\u021belor \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea. Extractul din urzic\u0103 ar putea fi eficient pentru tulbur\u0103rile neurologice mediate de stres.<\/li>\n<li>\u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te sistemul cardiovascular, r\u0103d\u0103cina din urzic\u0103 are u\u0219oare efecte hipotensive \u0219i poten\u021bial antifungic \u0219i antimicrobian.<\/li>\n<li>Urzica este studiat\u0103 \u0219i pentru posibilul efect antiviral observat in vitro.<\/li>\n<li>Fluidific\u0103 s\u00e2ngele \u015fi stimuleaz\u0103 procesele de producere a eritrocitelor, leucocitelor \u0219i trombocitelor.<\/li>\n<li>Frunzele de urzic\u0103 scad glucoza (efect semnalat \u00een manuscrisele care dateaz\u0103 din timpul lui Avicenna \u0219i demonstrat \u0219tiin\u021bific ast\u0103zi) \u015fi colesterolul din s\u00e2nge.<\/li>\n<li>Favorizeaz\u0103 eliminarea acidului uric pe cale renal\u0103 fiind recomandate ca adjuvante \u00een reumatism \u015fi gut\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Stimuleaz\u0103 secre\u021bia de lapte la mamele care al\u0103pteaz\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Chiar dac\u0103 studiile \u0219tiin\u021bifice nu sunt foarte concludente privind beneficiile medicale pentru urzic\u0103, utilizarea ei tradi\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i efectele ob\u021binute o calific\u0103 drept o plant\u0103 cu poten\u021biale efecte farmacologice, dar mai ales nutritive. Cu toate acestea, utilizarea urzicii pentru diverse afec\u021biuni e recomandat\u0103 doar dup\u0103 avizul medicului specialist.<\/p>\n<p>Urzicile pot fi g\u0103tite \u00een diferite forme, care de care mai delicioase, cum ar fi: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/pate-de-urzici\/\">pate de urzici<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/pasta-tartinabila-de-urzici-si-mei\/\">, past\u0103 tartinabil\u0103 de urzici \u0219i mei<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/chiftelute-de-urzici\/\">chiftelu\u021be de urzici.<\/a><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Leurda<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Leurda sau <em>Allium ursinum<\/em> (usturoiul ursului) are un puternic miros de usturoi \u015fi cre\u0219te doar \u00een p\u0103durile din Europa Central\u0103. \u00cen p\u0103durile Munteniei, Transilvaniei \u0219i Moldovei, leurda r\u0103sare \u00een fiecare prim\u0103var\u0103, \u00eempodobind p\u0103durile cu flori albe.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cenainte de a apari\u021bia tijei cu flori, se culeg frunzele de leurd\u0103, pentru c\u0103 frunzele tinere sunt cele cu valoare nutritiv\u0103 \u0219i gastronomic\u0103. Deci, \u00een aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103, martie-aprilie, leurda este culeas\u0103 \u0219i face minuni pentru s\u0103n\u0103tate. C\u00e2nd apar florile, frunzele \u00eencep s\u0103-\u0219i piard\u0103 propriet\u0103\u021bile active. Poate fi consumat\u0103 sub form\u0103 de salat\u0103, suc sau chiar \u0219i infuzie.<\/p>\n<p>Beneficii:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Frunzele de leurd\u0103 con\u021bin sulfur\u0103 de alil, carotenoizi, vitaminele A \u0219i C, vitamine din complexul B, levuloz\u0103, ulei eteric complex, s\u0103ruri minerale, calciu, fier, fosfor, sodiu, magneziu, cupru \u0219i proteine.<\/li>\n<li>Contribuie la reducerea colesterolului \u0219i la sc\u0103derea tensiunii arteriale.<\/li>\n<li>Leurda stimuleaz\u0103 capacitatea de memorare, combate momentele de lapsus, amneziile, insomniile, ame\u021belile de diminea\u021b\u0103, st\u0103rile depresive, tensiunea la nivelul capului \u015fi st\u0103rile de anxietate \u015fi de nelini\u0219te.<\/li>\n<li>Frunzele consumate sub form\u0103 de salat\u0103 sunt benefice persoanelor cu bron\u0219ite sau infec\u021bii de la nivelul c\u0103ilor respiratorii superioare (gripe, r\u0103celi), datorit\u0103 efectului antiseptic \u015fi antiinflamator.<\/li>\n<li>Cur\u0103\u021b\u0103 rinichii \u015fi vezica urinar\u0103, favorizeaz\u0103 urinarea \u015fi elimin\u0103 excesul de acid uric, foarte d\u0103un\u0103tor la bolnavii de gut\u0103. Este folosit\u0103 \u00een unele zone ale Moldovei pentru g\u0103tirea preparatelor culinare, at\u00e2t \u00een form\u0103 proasp\u0103t\u0103 (\u00een salate), c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00een ciorbe, supe \u0219.a.m.d..<\/p>\n<p>Beneficii tradi\u021bionale ale plantei:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Are propriet\u0103\u021bi tonice, depurative, diuretice \u0219i \u00eent\u0103re\u0219te organismul, cur\u0103\u021bindu-l.<\/li>\n<li>Stimuleaz\u0103 secre\u021biile salivare, gastrice, biliare \u015fi intestinale, favorizeaz\u0103 digestia \u015fi secre\u021bia laptelui.<\/li>\n<li>Av\u00e2nd propriet\u0103\u021bi diuretice, hasma\u021buchiul este recomandat \u00een tratarea reten\u021biilor urinare, a litiazei \u015fi a eczemelor.<\/li>\n<li>Se folose\u0219te \u015fi \u00een tratarea bron\u0219itelor \u015fi a afec\u021biunilor pulmonare cronice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Utilizarea tradi\u021bional\u0103 a plantei mai ales \u00een tratamentul unor afec\u021biuni se face doar cu recomandarea medicului. Cea mai recomandat\u0103 utilizare este \u00een alimenta\u021bie, ca parte integrant\u0103 a unei prim\u0103veri fructuoase.<\/p>\n<p>Exist\u0103 un proverb englezesc care, parafrazat, sun\u0103 cam a\u0219a: \u201eM\u0103n\u00e2nc\u0103 legume cu frunze verzi \u00een martie, aprilie \u0219i mai, iar apoi un an medicul poate dansa\u201d. Frunzele verzi sunt cele care aduc numeroase beneficii organismului mai ales atunci c\u00e2nd sunt consumate \u00een perioada \u00een care ele cresc (prim\u0103vara \u0219i vara timpurie).
