Reprezint\u0103, pentru mul\u021bi dintre noi, un desert preferat al copil\u0103riei. Acel lucru pe care \u00eel puteai m\u00e2nca numai odat\u0103 pe an de\u0219i, dac\u0103 ar fi dup\u0103 noi, l-am preg\u0103ti mai des&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Conform tradi\u021biei rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti, mucenicii se fac pe data de 9 martie \u2013 c\u00e2nd se \u00eencheie \u201ezilele babelor\u201d &#8211; \u00a0pentru Pr\u0103znuirea Sfin\u021bilor 40 de Mucenici. Mul\u021bi dintre noi nu \u0219tiu istoria din spatele acestei s\u0103rb\u0103tori religioase, deci p\u00e2n\u0103 s\u0103 trecem la subiect, ne g\u00e2ndeam s\u0103 v\u0103 povestim un pic \u0219i despre asta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cine au fost cei 40 de Mucenici? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ace\u0219tia erau solda\u021bi romani cre\u0219tini care f\u0103ceau parte din Legiunea a XII-a Fulminata din Armenia. Doarece ace\u0219tia nu doreau s\u0103 revin\u0103 la religia politeist\u0103 roman\u0103, a\u0219a cum le ceruse Agricolae, prefectul Armeniei, cei 40 de solda\u021bi \u00a0au fost aspru pedepsi\u021bi. Timp de opt zile au fost \u00eentemni\u021ba\u021bi \u0219i b\u0103tu\u021bi cu pietre, iar la finalul acestor zile au fost du\u0219i pe marginea unui lac \u00eenghe\u021bat din Sevastia \u0219i arunca\u021bi acolo pentru a muri de frig. \u00cen acea noapte s-ar fi \u00eent\u00e2mplat o minune &#8211; \u00een urma rug\u0103ciunilor celor 40, apa din lac s-a \u00eenc\u0103lzit. V\u0103z\u00e2nd acest lucru, prefectul a decis s\u0103 le zdrobeasc\u0103 picioarele \u0219i, \u00eentr-un final, cei 40 de Mucenici \u0219i-au g\u0103sit sf\u00e2r\u0219itul ca martiri ai cre\u0219tin\u0103t\u0103\u021bii timpurii.<\/p>\n<p>Trec\u00e2nd \u00a0la o not\u0103 mai pozitiv\u0103 \u2013 iat\u0103 c\u00e2teva ponturi pentru a v\u0103 prepara mucenicii altfel, fie c\u0103 urma\u021bi re\u021beta din Moldova sau cea din Muntenia. Asta pentru a v\u0103 putea bucura de s\u0103rb\u0103toare f\u0103r\u0103 a v\u0103 abate de la obiceiurile voastre s\u0103n\u0103toase.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>\u00cenlocuie\u0219te laptele cu o <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/bauturi-vegetale-53\"><strong>b\u0103utur\u0103 vegetal\u0103<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 faptul c\u0103 sunt mai s\u0103n\u0103toase, a\u0219a se pot bucura de mucenici p\u00e2n\u0103 \u0219i prietenii t\u0103i care au intoleran\u021b\u0103 la lactoz\u0103 &#8211; asta dac\u0103 ai de g\u00e2nd s\u0103 \u00eei \u00eempar\u021bi, desigur!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Folose\u0219te f\u0103in\u0103 integral\u0103 de <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/faina-integrala-de-secara-1-kg-159.html\"><strong>secar\u0103<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 po\u021bi folosi \u0219i f\u0103in\u0103 de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/faina-de-naut-1135.html\">n\u0103ut<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/faina-de-hrisca-500g-274.html\">hri\u0219c\u0103<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/faina-integrala-de-grau-1-kg-17.html\">gr\u00e2u<\/a>. Acestea au un con\u021binut bogat de fibre alimentare \u0219i minerale.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pune miere de manuka<\/strong> \u00een locul mierii obi\u0219nuite. Are propriet\u0103\u021bi antibacteriene \u0219i antiinflamatorii.
