D\u0103 focul mai \u00eencet \u0219i mai las\u0103 s\u0103 fiarb\u0103, acoperit, timp de 15 minute.<\/li>\n<li>Ia oala de pe foc \u0219i las\u0103 acoperit timp de \u00eenc\u0103 5 minute. Capacul nu trebuie ridicat.<\/li>\n<li>Descoper\u0103 \u0219i amestec\u0103 quinoa cu o furculi\u021b\u0103. Dac\u0103 pe partea de jos a crati\u021bei r\u0103m\u00e2ne lichid sau dac\u0103 quinoa este \u00eenc\u0103 crocant\u0103, pune din nou oala pe foc, acoperit\u0103, timp de \u00eenc\u0103 5 minute p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd toat\u0103 apa a fost absorbit\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>C\u00e2nd se r\u0103ce\u0219te, adaug\u0103 nucile pecan tocate, menta, p\u0103trunjelul tocat, ceapa verde tocat\u0103 \u0219i se amestec\u0103. Po\u021bi face un dressing din ulei de m\u0103sline, suc de l\u0103m\u00e2ie, sare \u0219i amestec de legume.
