Se adaug\u0103 uleiul. Pentru a nu se lipi, se amestec\u0103 \u00een mod constant cu ajutorul unei linguri de lemn.<\/li>\n<li>C\u00e2nd marginile m\u0103m\u0103ligii au \u00eenceput s\u0103 se adune spre centru, se \u00eenchide focul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Mod de preparare drob:<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\u00centr-o can\u0103, se amestec\u0103 f\u0103ina de in \u00eempreun\u0103 cu cele 10 linguri de ap\u0103 pentru 5 minute. Se va forma un gel (rolul acestuia este de a lega compozi\u021bia).<\/li>\n<li>Ceapa se taie solzi \u0219i se adaug\u0103 \u00een tigaie, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu uleiul \u0219i cu 10 linguri de ap\u0103. Se las\u0103 dou\u0103 minute dup\u0103 care se adaug\u0103 usturoiul tocat m\u0103runt.<\/li>\n<li>Ciupercile se cur\u0103\u021b\u0103 bine, se m\u0103run\u021besc \u0219i se adaug\u0103 peste ceap\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>2 morcovi se dau pe r\u0103z\u0103toarea mic\u0103 \u0219i unul se taie rondele. Se adaug\u0103 \u00een tigaie (dac\u0103 nu mai este lichid, se poate ad\u0103uga pu\u021bin\u0103 ap\u0103). Se mai las\u0103 trei minute \u0219i se ia de pe foc.<\/li>\n<li>Tofu se m\u0103run\u021be\u0219te bine (cu m\u00e2inile sau se d\u0103 pe r\u0103z\u0103toare) \u0219i se adaug\u0103 verdea\u021ba tocat\u0103 m\u0103runt, boia afumat\u0103, gelul din in, fulgii de drojdie \u0219i se fr\u0103m\u00e2nt\u0103 bine.<\/li>\n<li>Tava de chec se tapeteaz\u0103 cu foaie de copt, se adaug\u0103 un strat (nu foarte gros) de m\u0103m\u0103lig\u0103, dup\u0103 care se adaug\u0103 compozi\u021bia de drob, pres\u00e2nd\u00a0 \u0219i nivel\u00e2nd \u00eentreg con\u021binutul. Se \u201cplanteaz\u0103\u201d deasupra rondele de morcov pentru decor.<\/li>\n<li>Se introduce \u00een cuptorul \u00eencins \u0219i se las\u0103 la 150 \u00b0C aproximativ 30 minute. C\u00e2nd este complet copt, se scoate tava, se las\u0103 la r\u0103cit, apoi se feliaz\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 \u0218tiai c\u0103?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00cen SUA, drobul traditional \u0219i preparatele asem\u0103n\u0103toare acestuia sunt interzise deoarece con\u021bin pl\u0103m\u00e2ni de oaie, organe considerate toxice pentru s\u0103n\u0103tatea uman\u0103.
