Se ob\u021bin 200 g soia hidratat\u0103 care se vor amesteca bine \u00een blender cu 400 ml de ap\u0103. Se strecoar\u0103 cu ajutorul unui s\u0103cule\u021b pentru lapte vegetal. Se fierbe laptele rezultat p\u00e2n\u0103 d\u0103 \u00een clocot. Se las\u0103 apoi s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Mod de preparare maionez\u0103:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Se pun toate ingredientele (f\u0103r\u0103 sucul de l\u0103m\u00e2ie) \u00eentr-un recipient \u00eenalt, se introduce blenderul p\u00e2n\u0103 la baz\u0103. Se amestec\u0103 c\u00e2teva secunde, apoi se ridic\u0103 u\u0219or spre suprafa\u021b\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Se omogenizeaz\u0103 totul p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd va avea aspect de maionez\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>La sf\u00e2r\u0219it se adaug\u0103 sucul de l\u0103m\u00e2ie \u0219i se amestec\u0103 bine.<\/li>\n<li>Aceast\u0103 maionez\u0103 se poate folosi la salata de boeuf. Dac\u0103 nu se ad\u0103ug\u0103 mu\u0219tar, maioneza se poate folosi \u0219i la salata de vinete, la supe, ca garnitur\u0103 pentru sarmale, \u0219ni\u021bele sau la orice alte feluri de m\u00e2ncare.<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 \u0218tiai c\u0103?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00cen cazul maionezei clasice, uleiul trebuie turnat pu\u021bin c\u00e2te pu\u021bin, ca preparatul s\u0103 nu se taie.
