A doua zi, \u00eel scurgi de ap\u0103 \u0219i \u00eel speli bine, dup\u0103 care \u00eel pui la fiert \u00een mult\u0103 ap\u0103 (de dou\u0103 ori volumul lui).<\/li>\n<li>Atunci c\u00e2nd apare spuma \u0219tii c\u0103 a \u00eenceput s\u0103 fiarb\u0103. Dai focul la flac\u0103r\u0103 mic\u0103 \u0219i-l la\u0219i aproximativ o or\u0103 \u0219i jum\u0103tate sau dou\u0103 ore. Dac\u0103 mai este nevoie de ap\u0103, adaugi pe parcurs ap\u0103 clocotit\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>O s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi dai seama c\u0103 a fiert atunci c\u00e2nd bobul strivit este moale \u0219i cremos.<\/li>\n<li>\u00cel la\u0219i s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103 complet iar apoi \u00eel po\u021bi folosi \u00een diverse re\u021bete. Dac\u0103 inten\u021bionezi s\u0103 \u00eel p\u0103strezi pentru c\u00e2teva zile, atunci \u00eel po\u021bi pune la frigider 2-3 zile \u0219i apoi s\u0103 \u00eel prepari sau \u00eel pui \u00een caserole (ori pungi) mai mici sau mai mari, pentru a-l p\u0103stra pe termen lung la congelator. \u00cen acest al doilea caz, \u00eenainte de a preg\u0103ti re\u021bete din n\u0103ut,\u00a0 las\u0103-l la decongelat c\u00e2teva ore.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>\u00a0PASUL 2 &#8211; cum faci din n\u0103ut un snack gustos:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00cenc\u0103lze\u0219ti cuptorul la 210\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>\u00centr-o tav\u0103 de copt, se a\u0219eaz\u0103 o foaie de copt \u0219i se las\u0103 deoparte pentru mai t\u00e2rziu.<\/li>\n<li>N\u0103utul fiert \u0219i scurs se usuc\u0103 bine cu ajutorul unui prosop curat de buc\u0103t\u0103rie sau prosoape de h\u00e2rtie. Trebuie s\u0103 arate mat \u0219i s\u0103 se simt\u0103 uscat la atingere. Dac\u0103 aii timp, las\u0103-l \u00a0s\u0103 se usuce la aer c\u00e2teva minute (30 \u2013 50 minute).<\/li>\n<li>\u00cendep\u0103rteaz\u0103 coaja de pe n\u0103ut, \u00een timp ce \u00eel usuci. Asigur\u0103-te c\u0103 n\u0103utul este acoperit uniform.<\/li>\n<li>Pune din nou n\u0103utul \u00een tava de copt \u0219i reintrodu la cuptor pentru \u00eenc\u0103 15 minute la 210\u00b0C. Dup\u0103 ce opre\u0219ti cuptorul, mai las\u0103 i tava \u00een cuptor \u00eenc\u0103 15 minute, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 deschizi u\u0219a aragazului.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>NOT\u0102<\/strong>: Utilizarea n\u0103utului copt: pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 consumul acestuia ca gustare, pute\u021bi s\u0103-l folosi\u021bi \u00een supe, \u00een locul crutoanelor sau s\u0103 \u00eel pres\u0103ra\u021bi \u00een salate.<\/h6>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 \u0218tiai c\u0103?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>N\u0103utul este o minune agricol\u0103. Nu numai c\u0103 este o cultur\u0103 valoroas\u0103, dar \u00een acela\u0219i timp ofer\u0103 \u0219i o metod\u0103 natural\u0103 organic\u0103 de rupere a ciclului bolii \u00een culturile de gr\u00e2u \u0219i orz.
