Amesteci foarte bine compozi\u021bia.<\/li>\n<li>Formezi chiftelu\u021bele, dup\u0103 care le coci la cuptor (pe o tav\u0103 tapetat\u0103 cu h\u00e2rtie de copt) p\u00e2n\u0103 se rumenesc (aproximativ 20 minute la 180\u00b0C).<\/li>\n<li>Se las\u0103 la r\u0103cit apoi se pot servi cuorice\u2013 o garnitur\u0103, o salat\u0103, alte aperitive &#8211; sau simple, doar cu mu\u0219tar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 \u0218tiai c\u0103?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>De\u0219i morcovul f\u0103cea parte din alimenta\u021bia oamenilor de mii de ani, a \u00eenceput s\u0103 fie cultivat sistematic (\u0219i a primit culoarea portocalie) abia \u00een secolul al XVI-lea, \u00een Olanda.<\/li>\n<li>Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 faptul c\u0103 sunt buni pentru vedere, morcovii sunt benefici \u0219i pentru inim\u0103.
