Se las\u0103 la \u00een\u0103bu\u0219it, la foc mic p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd ceapa devine translucid\u0103 (aproximativ 10 minute) iar apoi se adaug\u0103 usturoiul \u0219i se men\u021bine pe foc timp de 1 minut;<\/li>\n<li>Se adaug\u0103 cotorul de broccoli tocat \u0219i se las\u0103 la fiert c\u00e2teva minute p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd se \u00eenmoaie;<\/li>\n<li>Se presar\u0103 f\u0103ina \u0219i se amestec\u0103 pentru a se combina;<\/li>\n<li>Ad\u0103ug\u0103 treptat restul bazei pentru sup\u0103 \u0219i amestec\u0103 bine;<\/li>\n<li>C\u00e2nd cotorul este aproape fraged, se adaug\u0103 buche\u021belele de broccoli \u00eempreun\u0103 cu un v\u00e2rf de sare \u0219i se las\u0103 supa s\u0103 fiarb\u0103 u\u0219or, la foc mic, p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd buche\u021belele devin fragede;<\/li>\n<li>Pentru servire se adaug\u0103 crema de caju, sare \u0219i piper dup\u0103 gust.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Alternativ<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dac\u0103 alege\u021bi s\u0103 da\u021bi prin blender supa, amesteca\u021bi p\u00e2n\u0103 se ob\u021bine o crem\u0103 fin\u0103.
