De multe ori, \u00eens\u0103, nu suntem tocmai aten\u021bi la ce punem \u00een co\u0219ul de picnic \u0219i tindem s\u0103 acord\u0103m mai mult\u0103 aten\u021bie cantit\u0103\u021bii dec\u00e2t calit\u0103\u021bii.<\/p>\n<p>De aceea am \u00eencercat s\u0103 str\u00e2ngem \u00een acest articol c\u00e2teva sfaturi pentru o ie\u0219ire la iarb\u0103 verde c\u00e2t mai s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere c\u0103 stai o perioad\u0103 destul de lung\u0103 \u00een soare, ar fi bine s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi iei alimente care nu se altereaz\u0103 prea u\u0219or. Uite ni\u0219te idei de ce anume ai putea pune \u00een co\u0219ul de picnic:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00cencepem desigur cu legumele, acestea rezist\u0103 destul de mult, mai ales dac\u0103 le-ai cump\u0103rat \u00een acea diminea\u021b\u0103. Pute\u021bi lua cu voi dovlecei, ardei gras, morcovi, castrave\u021bi, ro\u0219ii cherry \u0219i ciuperci. Dac\u0103 mai adaugi \u0219i sosuri rezistente la c\u0103ldur\u0103 precum past\u0103 de m\u0103sline, past\u0103 de tahini, salsa sau pesto, iese un deliciu!<\/li>\n<li>Dac\u0103 vrei ceva dulce, fructele sunt cea mai bun\u0103 alegere! Po\u021bi felia mango, prune, mere, piersic\u0103, pepene galben, c\u0103p\u0219uni sau orice alte fructe \u0219i s\u0103 presari pe deasupra cu scor\u021bi\u0219oar\u0103 sau suc de l\u0103m\u00e2ie \u0219i te-ai ales cu o salat\u0103 de fructe.<\/li>\n<li>\u00cen caz c\u0103 vrei ceva care este \u0219i foarte u\u0219or de transportat, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/seminte-si-nuci-30\">nucile \u0219i semin\u021bele<\/a> sunt cele mai potrivite. Rezist\u0103 la c\u0103ldur\u0103, sunt s\u0103n\u0103toase \u0219i sunt pe placul tuturor, mai ales dac\u0103 ai mai multe sortimente la tine.<\/li>\n<li>Cel mai important lucru, de care nu po\u021bi uita, este apa. Trebuie s\u0103 te asiguri c\u0103 ai un container rece sau s\u0103 ai grij\u0103 s\u0103 nu la\u0219i apa la soare, nimeni nu \u00ee\u0219i dore\u0219te s\u0103 bea ap\u0103 cald\u0103 &#8211; mai ales vara, c\u00e2nd e necesar s\u0103 ne hidrat\u0103m \u0219i mai mult.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote class=\"td_quote_box td_box_center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Dac\u0103 totu\u0219i ai \u00een plan s\u0103 g\u0103te\u0219ti, g\u0103se\u0219ti aici <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/20-de-retete-usoare-si-rapide-pentru-un-picnic-de-nota-10\/\">20 de retete usoare si rapide, pentru un picnic de nota 10!<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Pentru cei care nu se pot desp\u0103r\u021bi de gr\u0103tar &#8211; le recomand\u0103m s\u0103 \u00eencerce s\u0103 pun\u0103 pe el \u0219i legume (pot \u00eencerca re\u021beta noastr\u0103 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/dovlecei-la-gratar\/\">de dovlecei grill<\/a>)!<\/p>\n<p>\u0218i cum siguran\u021ba este pe primul loc, \u00een special \u00een aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103, iat\u0103 \u0219i c\u00e2teva lucruri de care s\u0103 \u021bii cont dac\u0103 organizezi un picnic:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evit\u0103 s\u0103 iei alimente u\u0219or perisabile, precum br\u00e2nzeturile sau orice con\u021bine maionez\u0103. \u00cens\u0103, dac\u0103 este necesar s\u0103 le iei, asigur\u0103-te c\u0103 le po\u021bi depozita la umbr\u0103 sau \u00eentr-un loc rece.<\/li>\n<li>\u00cencearc\u0103 s\u0103 men\u021bii lista invita\u021bilor destul de mic\u0103 \u0219i alege un loc \u00een care \u0219tii c\u0103 nu se afl\u0103 prea mult\u0103 lume sau c\u0103 po\u021bi sta la distan\u021b\u0103 \u2013 dac\u0103 picnicul este la tine \u00een curte, cu at\u00e2t mai bine.<\/li>\n<li>Dezinfectantul este cel mai bun prieten al t\u0103u. Asigur\u0103-te c\u0103 este suficient pentru to\u021bi cei prezen\u021bi.<\/li>\n<li>De\u0219i, de obicei prefer\u0103m obiectele reutilizabile, \u00een aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103 te sf\u0103tuim s\u0103 iei tac\u00e2muri de unic\u0103 folosin\u021b\u0103.
