Din p\u0103cate aceste plante nu se bucur\u0103 de aceea\u0219i popularitate comparativ cu cele men\u021bionate mai sus. Gustul s\u0103u asem\u0103n\u0103tor cu cel al nucilor \u00eel calific\u0103 pentru numeroase re\u021bete.<\/p>\n<p>Prin faptul c\u0103 este un derivat integral al gr\u00e2ului, bulgurul este extrem de s\u0103n\u0103tos, mai ales pentru c\u0103 nu a suferit prelucr\u0103ri masive. \u00cen plus, este recomandat pentru persoanele care au probleme cu digestia, \u00eentruc\u00e2t, prin con\u021binutul de fibre alimentare, bulgurul regleaz\u0103 tranzitul intestinal.
