Ei bine, acum ai ocazia sa afli cum poti sa pregatesti singura, in propria bucatarie, acest tip de supa pe legume, care poate sta la baza a numeroase retete de post sau vegane (in principal, sosuri si mancaruri)! Bonus: supa vegetala este realizata din resturi de legume, deci te ajuta sa folosesti si cojile, sa gatesti mai responsabil, sa arunci mai putin la gunoi si sa maximizezi \u2013 in acelasi timp \u2013 si bugetul familiei tale. In functie de ce ingrediente adaugi in reteta, supa vegetala rezultata va avea mereu alt gust aromat. Pentru aceasta reteta de supa vegetala poti folosi orice verdeturi si legume un pic ofilite din frigiderul propriu, coji si capete de la morcovi, cartofi dulci, ceapa uscata\/verde\/praz, codite de ciuperci\/broccoli, frunze de telina: posibilitatile sunt nesfarsite, iar gustul pe care il va avea supa vegetala rezultata va fi diferit de fiecare data, in functie de ce pui in ea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Toarna in oala toata cantitatea de apa rece si adauga sare, dupa gust.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Asteapta ca baa pentru supa vegetala sa dea in clocot, apoi redu focul la minim si lasa oala la fiert, cu un capac deasupra, timp de 1 ora.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Stinge focul, da capacul la o parte si scoate toate legumele din lichid, folosind un cleste metalic sau de silicon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Toarna supa vegetala printr-o sita, intr-un borcan sau o sticla incapatoare.\u00a0 <iframe style=\"width: 100%; border: none; height: 85px;\" title=\"Abonare newsletter\" src=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/content\/abonare-newsletter-39?content_only=1\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii:<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti depozita supa vegetala astfel obtinuta la frigier (timp de maximum 1 saptamana) sau la congelator (timp de luni bune). Daca vrei sa o congelezi, imparte-o in portii mai mici, cu ajutorul unor caserole acoperite (lasa spatiu, pentru expansiunea supei, odata ce ingheata) sau a unei forme de gheata (asa poti sa adaugi cateva cuburi de supa vegetala la retetele care o cer).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga savoare si valoare nutritionala supei tale vegetale prin includerea urmatoarelor produse in ea: ierburi proaspete (cimbru, coriandru), ardei iuti, ciuperci shiitake, condimente pudra (turmeric, ghimbir).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pentru a fi mereu pregatita de a face o supa vegetala, aduna in timp resturile de la legume, intr-o punga sigilata in partea superioara. Da punga la congelator si completeaz-o, in timp, cu resturi vegetale noi. Cand strangi destule, pregateste o portie de supa vegetala.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Daca vei include multi cartofi si napi in amestecul de supa vegetala, vei obtine un rezultat tulbure?
