Acest sos guacamole este plin de ingrediente aromate si sanatoase, poate fi adaptat dupa preferinte (adaugandu-i-se rosii, ardei iute sau chiar porumb copt) si porneste de la reteta mexicana autentica. spala si taie marunt patrunjelul; stoarce zeama de lamaie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Intr-un bol incapator, adauga patrunjelul, usturoiul, chimionul pudra, sarea si piperul; folosind o furculita, paseaza bine amestecul, pentru a elimina uleiurile din acesta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Taie fiecare avocado in jumatate, scoate-i samburele si pune toata pulpa in bol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga deasupra ceapa rosie tocata si zeama de lamaie, omogenizand bine toate ingredientele, pana obtii un guacamole fin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Serveste sosul imediat, pe felii prajite de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/paine-de-casa-integrala-cu-faina-de-secara\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">paine integrala<\/a>, presarand deasupra seminte de dovleac (coapte in prealabil).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti manca acest sos guacamole si cu bastonase de legume (telina tulpina, morcovi, ardei capia) sau cu chips-uri de tortilla facute in casa: taie cateva <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/lipie-de-casa-cu-susan-pentru-humus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">lipii facute in casa<\/a> in triunghiuri mici, asaza-le intr-o tava termorezistenta, presara-le cu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/ulei-presat-la-rece-din-sem-floarea-soarelui-1l-328.html?utm_medium=blog&amp;utm_source=retetablog-guacamole\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ulei vegetal<\/a> si sare, apoi da-le la cuptorul preincalzit, la 180<sup>o<\/sup> C, timp de 15 minute, pana devin aurii si crocante.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta Guacamole<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Daca vrei sa prepari guacamole in avans si sa il servesti dupa cateva ore bune invitatilor tai, atunci poti sa previi oxidarea apeland la urmatoarea metoda: dupa ce transferi rezultatul intr-o caserola, acopera-l cu o bucata de folie alimentara (lipita de guacamole) si abia apoi pune capacul caserolei si da-o la frigider. O alta modalitate este sa acoperi continutul caserolei cu 1 cm de apa rece, apoi sa ii pui capacul si sa o dai la rece.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti modifica aceasta reteta de guacamole, dupa gust: adauga in compozitie 1-2 rosii mici si coapte bine sau boabe de porumb copt (daca vrei sa obtii un sos guacamole mai colorat), 1 ardei iute tocat marunt (daca vrei sa obtii un guacamole picant). Pentru ca rosiile vor inmuia mult amestecul, daca alegi sa le incorporezi in guacamole, adauga-le fix inainte de a-l servi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>In 1925, americanul Rudolph Hass (postas de meserie si horticultor amator, ca hobby) punea bazele unui noi soi de avocado \u2013 devenit acum cel mai popular din California? Hass a cumparat o mica livada cu alte soiuri de avocado si a tot altoit la ei pana a obtinut un pom care crestea mai rapid si producea fructe cu un gust mai bun. A patentat rezultatul in 1935 si asa s-a nascut soiul de avocado Hass. Copacul originar \u2013 plantat in La Habra Heights (California) a fost taiat in 2002, la 76 de ani.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Un avocado poate produce pana la 500 de fructe\/an, dar media este de 150?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Fructele de avocado nu au colesterol si se lauda cu cea mai mare proportie de fibre dintre toate fructele?
