Vitamina B5 este vitala unei vieti sanatoase si ajuta corpul sa converteasca alimentele in energie \u2013 ca toate colegele ei din complexul de vitamine B. Mai jos am strans informatii importante despre doza zilnica recomandata de acid pantotenic, despre beneficiile acestei vitamine asupra functionarii normale a organismului tau si despre alimentele in care o gasesti in mod natural.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Ce este Vitamina B5?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ca toate vitaminele din complexul B, Vitamina B5 este solubila in apa, deci este transportata in organism prin sange si excesul este eliminat prin urina. Acidul pantotenic este necesar productiei de celule sangvine, iti ajuta organismul sa foloseasca in mod corect carbohidratii, proteinele si lipidele din mancare, sprijina sanatatea pielii, ochilor, parului si ficatului. Pentru ca procesarea alimentelor (rafinarea, conservarea, congelarea, fierberea) reduce seminificativ cantitatea de B5 din acestea (cu 20-80%), se recomanda consumul lor in stare proaspata, pe cat posibil. In plus, Vitamina B5 poate fi adaugata in cereale fortificate si bauturi energizante. dovezi stiintifice clare apropo de efecienta acesteia in cazul lor: ADHD, artritia, autism, performanta atletica, alcoolism, alergii, astm, boala celiaca si Parkinson, caderea si albirea parului, cistita, conjunctivita, convulsii, colita, depresie, distrofie si crampe musculare, dureri de cap, hipotensiune arteriala, infectii oculare si fungice, insomnii, iritabilitate, leziuni ale nervilor, matreata, probleme ale functiei imunitare, de inima, plamani, rinichi, scleroza multipla, sindrom premenstrual, de tunel carpian si de arsuri la nivelul picioarelor.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Cum se manifesta deficienta de Vitamina B5?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-16489 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/maini-si-picioare.jpg\" alt=\"maini si picioare\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/>Simptomele deficientei de acid pantotenic pot include: dureri de cap, oboseala, iritabilitate, coordonare musculare deficitara, probleme gastrointestinale, amorteli si senzatie de arsura la extremitati, somn cu probleme, hipoglicemie, sensibilitate la insulina, arsuri in capul pieptului, pierderea poftei de mancare, infectii repiratorii. Acestea dispar, de obicei, daca aportul zilnic recomandat este restabilit. Deficienta de B5 este rar intalnita in modernitate, o alimentatie echilibrata asigurand cantitatea necesara in fiecare zi. Cu toate acestea, exista persoane care au sanse crescute de a dezvolta o deficienta: cele malnutrite si care mostenesc mutatii genetice specifice.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Poti consuma prea multa Vitamina B5?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O doza extrem de mare de acid pantotenic (10-20 g\/zi) poate produce diaree si creste riscul de sangerare. Persoanele care vor sa ia suplimente alimentare de B5 trebuie sa ceara intotdeauna sfatul medicului, deoarece acestea pot produce dezechilibre in nivelul celorlalte vitamine din complexul B-urilor! De aceea este preferabila administrarea de multivitamine. Atentie mare trebuie sa aiba si persoanele care iau suplimente de B5 si consuma des si laptisor de matca sau alte medicamente (unele antibiotice, pastile destinate bolii Alzheimer, medicamente care subtiaza sangele).
