Aceasta vitamina este necesara pentru sanatatea ta generala, ajuta corpul sa utilizeze oxigenul si sa descompuna micronutrientii din alimente. Dar da o mana de ajutor si cand vine vorba despre absorbtia si activarea vitaminelor B1, B3, B6 si B9 in organism. Descopera mai multe in articolul de mai jos!<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Ce este Vitamina B2?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ca toate vitaminele din complexul B, Vitamina B2 (care mai este numita riboflavina) este solubila in apa, deci este transportata in organism prin sange. Aceasta vitamina este importanta in cresterea, dezvoltarea si funtionarea celulelor corpului tau, contribuind la convertirea alimentelor consumate in fiecare zi in energia de care ai nevoie. Cum face asta? Vitamina B2 este o componenta esentiala in doua coenzime vitale (FMN si FAD), care au un rol important in productia energetica, functionarea si dezvoltarea celulara, dar si metabolismul grasimilor, proteinelor, carbohidratilor, medicamentelor si steroizilor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-16319 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/lumina-soarelui.jpg\" alt=\"lumina soarelui\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/lumina-soarelui.jpg 696w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/lumina-soarelui-324x182.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/>Peste 90% din riboflavina absorbita din dieta este FAD sau FMN, restul fiind glicozide sau esteri. Majoritatea Vitaminei B2 este absorbita in intestinul subtire, este depozitata in ficat, inima si rinichi doar in cantitati mici si este sensibila la lumina ultravioleta si vizibila (motiv pentru care terapia luminoasa utilizata pe termen lung in tratarea icterului sau a bolilor de piele poate produse deficienta de Vitamina B2, iar laptele este cel mai bine depozitat in sticle de plastic sau cutii de carton).<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">De cata Vitamina B2 ai nevoie?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Doza zilnica recomandata (DZR) de catre medici apropo de Vitamina B1 depinde de varsta si sex si se calculeaza in mg:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>0-6 luni:<\/strong> 0,3 mg<\/li>\n<li><strong>7-12 luni:<\/strong> 0,4 mg<\/li>\n<li><strong>1-3 ani:<\/strong> 0,5 mg<\/li>\n<li><strong>4-8 ani:<\/strong> 0,6 mg<\/li>\n<li><strong>9-13 ani:<\/strong> 0,9 mg<\/li>\n<li><strong>14-18 ani, fete:<\/strong> 1 mg<\/li>\n<li><strong>14-18 ani, baieti:<\/strong> 1,3 mg<\/li>\n<li><strong>femei adulte:<\/strong> 1,1 mg<\/li>\n<li><strong>barbati adulti:<\/strong> 1,3 mg<\/li>\n<li><strong>femei insarcinate:<\/strong> 1,4 mg<\/li>\n<li><strong>femei care alapteaza: <\/strong>1,6 mg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Ce alimente contin Vitamina B2?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-16317 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/migdale-vitamina-b2.jpg\" alt=\"migdale vitamina b2\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/migdale-vitamina-b2.jpg 696w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/migdale-vitamina-b2-324x182.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/>Vitamina B2\u00a0se regaseste in mod natural in:\u00a0quinoa, orez brun, fasole, mazare, legume verzi (sparanghel, broccoli, spanac, kelp), ciuperci, migdale, seminte de floarea-soarelui, dovleac, cartofi dulci, mere, avocado, patrunjel, salvie, molasa, rosii la conserva, oua, organe, carne, peste, scoici, lactate. Deficienta de Vitamina B2 se manifesta prin probleme la nivelul pielii si gurii (ulcer bucal, inflamatia limbii si a mucoaselor, buze crapate\/inrosite, stomatita angulara\/crapaturi la coltul buzelor, dureri in gat, dermatita), anemie, sensibilitate oculara la lumina puternica, ochi rosii, cataracte, caderea parului, probleme la nivelul aparatului reproducator, degenerarea ficatului si sistemullui nervos. De obicei, persoanele care au lipsa de Vitamina B2 au deficiente si la nivelul alor nutrienti, deci unele dintre aceste simptome pot reflecta asta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Persoanele care sunt predispuse la a avea prea putina riboflavina in organism sunt: sportivii vegetarieni, veganii, persoanele intolerante la lactoza, persoanele cu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/9-tipuri-de-tulburari-de-alimentatie-simptome-efecte-tratament\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">anorexie<\/a>, alcoolicii, femeile insarcinate, care iau anticonceptionale sau care alapteaza (si bebelusii lor), persoanele care au o boala genetica ce restrictioneaza aportul de B2 (ca sindromul infantil Brown-Vialetto-Van Laere), cele care au hipotiroidism si insufiecienta suprarenala.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Poti consuma prea multa Vitamina B2?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-16321 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/vitamine-1.jpg\" alt=\"vitamine\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/vitamine-1.jpg 696w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/vitamine-1-324x182.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/>In mod normal, o supradoza de Vitamina B2 nu este posibila, deoarece organismul absoarbe lent maxim 27 mg de riboflavina si elimina restul prin urina.
