procedeaza la fel cu ciupercile, pe care trebuie sa le tai cubulete.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Intr-o cratita incapatoare, adauga uleiul vegetal, ceapa si usturoiul si lasa totul pe foc pana cand ceapa devine transparenta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga in cratita \u00bd cana de apa si amestecul de legume; lasa totul la fiert, apoi completeaza baza pentru acest sos de ciuperci cu cimbrul si salvia uscate, dar si 3 cani de ciuperci.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Fierbe toate ingredientele la foc mediu, amestecand din cand in cand, pana cand ciupercile sunt patrunse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Intr-un bol, amesteca malaiul cu aproximativ 1\/3 cana de apa, pana cand obtii o compozitie fina, apoi adauga alte 2\/3 cana de apa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Intr-un blender vertical, toarna amestecul de malai pe care l-ai preparat in bol, laptele de soia, cana de ciuperci crude ramasa, ultima cana de apa si sarea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Marunteste toate ingredientele din blender, pana obtii un sos omogen, apoi toarna-l in cratita in care se afla restul de ingrediente, preparate anterior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Lasa sosul de ciuperci pe foc pana se ingroasa, amestecand in continuu, pentru a nu se arde.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>La final, adauga patrunjelul taiat marunt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta Sos de ciuperci<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Serveste sosul peste <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/paste-integrale-26\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">paste integrale<\/a> proaspat fierte, legume preparate la cuptor, alaturi de mamaliguta, cartofi copti, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/snitele-de-soia-crocante\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">snitele de soia<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/chiftelute-de-cartofi-umplute-cu-ciuperci\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">chiftelute de cartofi umplute cu ciuperci<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Toate tipurile de ciuperci comestibile contin proteine, fibre, vitamine (D, B-uri) si seleniu (antioxidant puternic care sprijina sistemul imunitar si asigura protectia celulara)?&lt;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti creste in mod natural cantitatea de Vitamina D din ciupercile cumparate? Pentru asta, asaza-le 1-2 ore pe pervazul unei ferestre insorite, cu coditele in sus (expunandu-le astfel interiorul palariei si lamelele).
